I’m surprised at all these good reviews. I’m an on time responsible tenant and this company did me so disgustingly dirty on so many levels. I complained too much about water leaks being fixed that weren’t being repaired after days of phone calls and e-mails and 2 $500 water bills they didn’t care to help me with. A garage flooded completely and I had to pay for all the water because they just don’t care. And In return for my aggravation just wanting what a tenant should get paying rent then refused to let me renew my lease despite my perfect rental history with them and before them. They also took my full 1200 deposit for doors and paint. Save yourself the headache

Lisa Henderson is just wonderful. We first met when we took an extended vacation in FL last April. She put together some houses for us to see all in one day. She did this so graciously even though it was short notice. She showed us the area and gave us all kinds of information in addition to the homes she showed us. It was a very enjoyable and helpful day for us as my family looks for our home in FL. Still today Lisa is sending us properties we might be interested in. She emails us checking in from time to time on the status of the sale of our home in NY and our moving plans. Lisa does this not knowing if we'll end up with a house in her area. Very disappointed we moved out of our house that we have been in for 3 years because we wanted something bigger for our son. Everything was great until the 3rd month of being in our new home when we notified that the landlord was planning on selling the house. Every since we have had people at our home non stop , getting text messages from them non stop cannot even enjoy our 1 year lease because of all of this. They are absolutely terrible it took them 3 months just to fix basic stuff around my home and when the maintenance guy had finally came half of what the realtor said was approved was not. Will never recommend anyone to these people. They had this planned to sell the house the entire time before we moved in and still had tenants move in. Now are we stressing trying to find a new place to live only after being here not even a half of year. VERY SAD VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please watch out when renting a house from these people they might turn around sell your home too!!

After years of dealing with terrible property management companies, I decided to to try Dennis Realty Property Management, on a recommendation of a good friend. I'm so glad I made the switch! Christina has been managing my two (2) rental properties for several years now and I couldn't be happier. She's very professional. She's been able to screen and select the best tenants for my properties. When an issue arises, she's quick to communicate what's going on and makes great suggestions for solutions. She does 6-month inspections of my properties and sends lots of pictures, to keep me informed. I absolutely love that she's on top of things all the time.
