I stopped in a few weeks ago and asked about maintenance charges I had, and I believe Danielle told me that she wasn't sure about the criteria to avoid maintenance charges, so she asked a guy for assistance, I wasn't sure of his title. He said he was busy, but would call me after looking it over. I waited a few days with no call, so I called and left a voicemail. It's now a few weeks later and I ended up calling another branch to get help.

Slowest bank I’ve ever experienced. I mean almost 45 minutes for a check to get cashed. Yo somewhere else and save yourself a lot of time

This Bank deals with my business daily needs! They are fast, friendly and very convenient! Just recently change its hours. Closing at 4:00 pm daily but extends time on Friday. Since are availability is those crucial hours of 4-6pm; that takes 4 of our banking availability days out of the picture and leaves us with Friday. It is very convenient that they are open on saturdays so this helps greatly also. I love the staff and so true as one person wrote. Branch manager does not hesitate to jump in and clear the lobby out for the bank and does not make you feel it’s a problem that he’s doing it. Great branch manager! 5 stars all around but definitely make sure the hours work for you. If you only have a 4:00 pm and on availability? This might not be the bank for you. Hope this helps.....J

Michael DiMarco is the branch manager at the Lutz Branch and he gives the highest level of service. I would highly recommend them.

I love this branch everyone is super nice and helpful, I literally go out of my way to go to this branch, they try to know you as a person and not just a number, or bank account. I really have no clue how other people are saying they are not friendly I NEVER have had that experience.

Worst drive through ever. They don’t listen to your request and do whatever they want! You have check and doble check that your transaction is the way you wanted it It’s a waste of time not to mention the frustration

Worst bank I’ve ever been to, they don’t want to work with you. Go with another bank company! Safe yourself a headache

This morning I went to make two deposits and in one on accident i put a wrong number, and the lady that assisted me expressed towards me very rude and impatient to make the deposit. That is not the service we need not deserve. I hope they make changes of this person who assistes other people.

Do not ever have their ATM machine reboot and eat your cash deposit because they will not issue a credit right away. You have to wait 3-5 business days. And told they are going to do a "memo credit" and they run into trouble doing it, you do not get a phone call. Very poor customer service! !!!

Excellent customer service. Branch manager does not hesitate to step up and help when the bank is busy.
