Carlos is simply amazing! He is an advocate for his customers. He assisted me through the car buying process and financing. He was there every step of the way. I’ve never felt more valued as a customer than I do now. I’m pretty sure he advocates for all his customers in the same professional manner. I appreciate all the help and guidance he has provided and made this process smooth sailing. Carlos is one of a kind and deserves every bit of praise. Thanks again Carlos!

I been coming here for almost 10 years and never had a problem. I recently got a car loan at GTE and Carlos who works in the main lobby helped me tremendously. It was a fantastic experience today at my chosen branch (not my closest branch). Mr. Carlos Rios was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Not only was he efficient with the information he provided me and the work he did while helping me today but he also made it seem as though he was helping a friend instead of just another customer. He knew small details of all the other customers coming into the branch while I was there which shows he cares about people. He truly seemed to enjoy what he does and these days it's getting harder to come by. Stop by and see him, he just might make your day better too.

I was made to feel like family when doing my HELOC loan on my home. The guys were so friendly and nice. Really was a possible process except for an issue with my paystubs that GTE would not take them for some strange reason even though that is what my employer gives us. Minor snafu while qualifying but all is good and I recommend Mr Gutierrez in the Lad O Lakes office for you banking needs.

My man Felix helped me get my first debit card today! He was very helpful and is a very nice guy. He treated us like family! Get him a raise ASAP!

I want to take this opportunity to praise one of your employees at the Land o Lakes office! His name is Luis Gutierrez & he was one of the nicest young man that I could have ever hoped for! He was very knowledgeable & conveyed his findings to me in a very timely manner! The issue that I came to him about was very time consuming & emotional but he never brushed me off but instead displayed compassion & saw to it that my problem was resolved to my satisfaction! First I would like to say that I’ve been with GTE for almost 20 years . Claudia was great to work with. I stopped into the land o lakes branch to apply for a loan and she had it completed within 2 hours. Her customer service and communication was outstanding and now going forward she will be the only person I deal with. I highly recommend her for any service you need. GREAT JOB CLAUDIA

I just received the up most Exemplary Customer Service from Carlos R., a Membership Relationship-Officer. He was extremely knowledgeable, has excellent listening and communication skills and seemed "Caring" with meeting my request in time of a personal emergency. I've been a member of GTE since 2009 and you cannot find A Better Institution to do Business with!!! They are Truly There for You and do not treat you as a Nuisance but a "Real" Person... I had the most incredible experience with GTE, in particular with Mr. Carlos Rios, THE Membership Relationship Officer. This isn't just a title people. GTE and Mr. Rios live up to every word of the title. I was treated like royalty when I'm a simple, small human being. Thank you Carlos and GTE for caring and being exceptionally good people. Unlike large institutions where a person is a Number/Customer/Consumer/or a Credit Score. At GTE they are the true definition of Know Your Customer.

Carlos was exceptional taking care of my wife and I. He went the extra mile to explain every detail to us concerning our dilema. He was so relaxed and patient answering all of our questions. Carlos was as professional as anyone could be. We were very satisfied, thanks Carlos keep up the great work!

Jordan was the ultimate customer service rep. Helped me set up online banking & encouraged me to apply for the GTE credit card. A very elevating experience. I cannot forget Coralise who actually completed the application process. She, too was exemplary in professionalism in explaining the win win prospects of applying for this credit card and helping me to consolidate credit card debt.

Absolutely awesome, they gave my spouse and amazing monthly payment for our new vehicle, they later called me seeing my payment from another credit union, so they helped me refinance and now I'm saving almost 200 dollars a month thanks to them, Carlos Rios was an AMAZING help and was very patient, helped me with everything and was the entire reason I was able to refinance my car and save tons of money. I will definitely be letting my friends and family know that they need to be working with GTE FINANCIAL to finance a vehicle with.

Carlos Rios was the best! He went above and beyond! He took his time to really understand how to help me and just when I thought about leaving GTE after being a member for so many years, Carlos changed my mind by asking second or third questions and offering options that would work for me and in turn kept me as a member with the Credit Union! He is a true gem to the GTE team!
