I have loved the staff at this branch ever since the first day I began banking with them. I was a bit worried when my financial counselor, Peter, transferred out and was promoted. However, my new financial counselor is stellar. I would never dream of banking anywhere else. Every other bank I used before Delta was an absolute nightmare (especially regarding ridiculous fees). I'll be a lifetime customer!

I got my first car loan from this branch, everyone was very nice and helpful from the credit loan personnel to the branch staff who helped me. Rates were a little bit too high... I guess that was because of my credit score. But I would definitely recommend Delta Community Credit Union to anyone.đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Super people super branch manager. There are days really busy other days not so busy. Must remember credit union is inside Kroger not like in a bank or stand alone credit union so sometimes wait can be a little longer g.

Zero stars is reality. This branch is awful I have been in their 4x for my husband to put me to be able to come make a payment on his auto loan. They NEVER put it on therefore every month I get flack. I have a signed check from him and simply need the payment amount and half the time they give it to me the other half they refuse. They dont shut their mouths long enough to let customers speak instead have 3 agents against me saying we are in a public setting dont cause a scene, uts ridiculous and beyond frustrating. I will be moving both our car loans elder where

No sense of urgency at this branch. Nice people once you wait your 10-15 minutes regardless of the time of day.

The fact that this branch is still closed is absurd! Guess I’ll drive 45 minutes to the next location TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
