Chase Bank Hickory Flat Hwy, Canton

We have been banking here for five or six years, and every person has been very helpful and professional. Their services have been excellent ... checking account, savings accounts and credit cards. Their online banking works very well. We highly recommend them.

The first bank I've ever been to that required an appointment 2 days in advance to open an account. Not only were they not helpful they were rude. Chase is not what they used to be.

I have been to this location twice since they removed the counter and replaced it with a new ATM. Twice they have been unable to do simple transactions, and both times suggested I take my business to Kroger. They literally want you to take your banking business to a grocery store! They have officially deemed themselves useless.

It's a pain that this location is still closed and there is only one drive-through ATM. I don't know if I'm just unlucky or what, but it seems there's always someone in front of me when I go that likes to take 10 minutes to complete their transactions. Must be counting a thousand dollar bills by hand.

The drive up atm NEVER works it is either full or having technical issues. The actual branch is always closed as well even though other branches have opened up??? Just pick a different branch.... don’t waste your time

I swear the ATMs are constantly “ not working “ I chose the wrong bank. Inside and out. How are you supposed access you’re own money! Get it together chase!!!!!

The only convenience I thought at first was the location of this office (not a branch) within 5 miles from my home. I've been to this location on 2 occasions, the 1st was to put money in a family members acct. and the 2nd was to make a payment on my credit card. Both times I was redirected to another full service branch which were 2-3 times the driving distance due to things like not having a cashier's counter, needing a money order to complete the transaction because they would not accept cash or not having my credit card but I did have my ID and credit card statement. Why wouldn't they build all their locations to accommodate full service banking, crazy isn't it.....

Always a pleasure dealing with this branch. And their employees are a bunch of beautiful people who have top notch customer service. Thanks for getting it right Chase.

I brought a friend into our local Hickory Flat Chase Bank, to help her gather information on opening a Checking Account. She had had a bad banking experience years ago with a different company, and had vowed never to trust her money with a bank again. As we walked in, we were greeted by Keon who took incredible amounts of time (and patience!) to translate the process into everyday language that my friend could understand... which helped immensely in rebuilding her trust. Our intention that day was just to research to help her get comfortable dipping her toe into owning a bank account. Keon did such an amazing job, she decided to open her account that very day. I cannot praise Keon highly enough. And imagine my friend's immense joy that she had the surprise of a $200 "bonus" for opening a new account that would have checks direct deposited. You have never seen such excitement. It was a good day, thanks to Keon's careful explanations, patient answering of questions, and his reassuring and patient demeanor. He did a great job!

Good location unless your trying to use an atm or access your money. Can’t wait till the branch opens back up so I can close my accounts
