The student loan rules change all the time. It is best to do as much research as possible and then talk to Gen about a direction you desire for your financial needs. With us she was professional and helped us go in the direction we requested to be best for our financial situation.

Gen is a rock star! She has helped me get my credit score out of the dumps (it’s gone up over 100 points in the last year!) and has taken care of doing all dirty work involved with getting my loans back in good standing! I was able to open a business and I wouldn’t have been able to cover startup costs if it wasn’t for her.

Very friendly and has a seems to know a lot about finances, but the owner seems to be all over the place and wasn't able to keep to their promises or deadlines, I never got anything accomplished and two weeks after I paid and many promises, nothing. I said that I wanted out of the contract but was told that Government regulations doesn't allow that and that I have to pay her regardless. Just watch out is all I'm saying. If you are a busy person, this company is just going to take up a lot of your time and money. Also the owner is threatening to put the whole bill after two weeks on my credit, absolutely ridiculous!!
