TD Bank Silver Maple Pkwy, Wesley Chapel

I came into the bank last week just to see what services was offered. I was very upset with my previous bank and expected much of the same with TD but from the time I walked in the atmosphere was amazing. I was greeted by all of the associates with smiles and felt welcomed. Mario actually helped answer all of my questions and made me feel so special. Very pleased with my service thank you.

Jabari was excellent at the Wesley Chapel branch. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Opened up a checking account and it was easy peasy!! I also went to the Carrollwood branch on Dale's Marby and they were lovely. I went on a Sunday and got there at 2:05pm, they still cashed my check after 2pm. I am so impressed by TD that I am seriously thinking about dropping Bank of America like a bad habit. I would never ever get service like this at Bank of America. Try getting to BOA 5 minutes after their closing time they are proud to turn you away and that is horrible but not TD Bank!!

TD Bank is usually an awesome bank. But this location has terrible service. The wait time just to do a withdrawal was roughly 50 mins. Only 3 persons was working, one handling customer service and 2 tellers. If you have to go somewhere and crunch for time don't go to this bank. BEWARE!!

Came here to do an international wire transfer. One of the guy who helped me didn't have a working printer, sat there for 15min until I was forwarded to another person. Now this new person told me she doesn't know how to do it but did try to do it. Waited 45 min to do it when with the other td banks it only took me less than 15min to get it done.

Is this branch in Business? No one answers , after leaving voice message , no one acknowledges !!! looks like staff in this branch does require more business/customer relationship training.

Cancelled my account today. They were charging 12.99 every month to my money market account. Half my money is gone! This is theft! Uncouth representatives and a waste of my time and money here. Nobody offers a resolution because they are hurting financially and expect you to just live with it. NEVER AGAIN!

OMG when I say I was so upset when I first came into the bank is an understatement. But Mario was so friendly understanding and so professional. I left with a smile on my face. I was thinking about leaving TD but because of MARIO I am here to stay ‼️❤️ thank you sir Mario

I have been coming to this bank for about 3 years and every single time I go it’s an amazing experience. The staff is extremely helpful, personable and makes sure everything I need is taken care of. Highly recommend not only banking with TD but banking with this team in particular!

Obnoxious individuals working here. Before I could put my mask in that was in my hands as I walked through my he door, got screamed at by tellers. Very Rude. Closed two accounts and taking my business somewhere else
