GTE Financial Credit Union Center Oak Dr, Tampa

I came in to this branch 1/27/2022 to make a correction on an old account. From the first person I met until the last person, I was very pleased. Not knowing(until I was walking out the door). That the 1st person that help me(at the help desk) was the branch manager Barbara. I was pleasantly surprised, to find that out. Then I met Ben, he would be assisting me. He was very polite and pleasant. New to the company, but represented the company very well. I enjoyed getting to know him better through the “get to know me better” chart on his desk. I think that’s a great ideal, for customers to know something about the person helping us. Then I met Michelle, she came in to assist Ben. What a warm, pleasant and cheerful person she was. She has very good energy. Ben and Michelle both wanted to make sure, that all of my concerns were completely answered, before I left. Over all, I think this was one of the best experience, I have had(doing business with a bank or credit union) in a long time. It was a long process, but they made it Pleasant. I believe I’ll be doing busy with GTE for a very long time. Because that’s a GREAT team. I’ll tell others about my experience. If, EVERY business treat people, like they’re important, that business, will be IN business for a very long time. Everybody want to feel like a person, and not just “another customer”. Every nice deed you do, will go a long way.

I have been a GTE member since I was 16 years old. GTE has been there to help me with all my major financial needs growing up. New Tampa is my primary branch and the team here is always extremely friendly. Also love how convenient gte makes everything - I can pretty much do everything online or in the app.

I want to thank n give praise to Mrs. Barbara for helping me so many different times with my account n truck loan n giving me the help I oh so need in getting understanding with my accounts... Mrs. Barbara is a great n courteous employee and very helpful... Thanks 👍

Barbara has been my go to person at GTE for years. It is always a great feeling when you are treated like a person and not a number while visiting a financial institution. They do an amazing job taking care of new and existing customers.

I recently moved back to the area and was admittedly frustrated to find out one of my credit cards with GTE was closed due to inactivity. I went to the New Tampa location to see the financial center manager, Barbara Sattoe. Barbara came highly recommended from my mother who had recently worked with her. Barbara was incredible. She saw me right away and immediately restored my confidence in GTE. Whereas I was originally frustrated upon entry, by the time I left Barbara proved that she and her team could exceed my expectations with their competency, knowledge, timeliness, and willingness to go above and beyond. Without fail every time I go to the Center, Oak Drive branch I am welcomed with smiles. “Keith Meshey” Makes any task I need done with my banking fun and easy. Keith, at the New Tampa site went above and beyond in listening to my specific concerns that somehow fell on deaf ears of the rude teller I'd encountered prior. He intervened and diiffused my frustration quickly. He listen attentively, treated me with the utmost respect, reviewed and assess my accounts in a professional, proficient, customer service friendly way. Keith made it worthwhile to continue to do business with GTE.
