Jonathan Martin is by far the best realtor I have worked with. I had been in the market for a year or so and worked with numerous agent's and he just blew them out of the water. Dee was amazing! We saw some houses the same day we talked to her because she knew how important it was to act fast. She was the first realtor to work with us and not care that our price range wasn't as much as a lot of other clients she's probably working with. Dee really helped us figure out everything we needed to do with relocating to TX. I highly recommend Jonathan for home reality and property management both before and after the house purchase. In searching for a new house, my wife and I sometimes gave mixed signals (I was on a remote assignment and not able to be physically present). We had different concerns and interests. Jonathan was very patient and helpful by providing relevant information, pictures and clarification that clearly demonstrated the realistic options available. He consolidated our varying requests well and was proactive on good opportunities. After the sale, Jonathan continued with his excellent support by providing a turn key preparation and leasing of the house, until we are ready to move in. He also helped us close on a near by property that went very smoothly.
