Tie and Chastity are an amazing team! Both made me feel so welcomed and made the process as painless as possible. Tie was so open to work with me in any way to provide the help I needed. I couldn't have recommend doing business anywhere better. Chastity was so kind keeping my 2yr old occupied while Tie walked me through the paperwork. Can't thank them enough! Will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I called the Texas Car title and payday loan office closet to me it pulled up Henderson. I called them first the lady was very unprofessional told me she couldn’t do nothing over the phone I would just have to drive the 45 minute drive and see if I get the loan I may and may not but there was no way before I drove to check like I said very short snappy and rude. I called the next office which was Tyler…..and let me say these ladies ROCKED they prescreened me on the phone told me what to bring and I was on my way. I believe Chasity and Tie was there names (sorry ladies if I am wrong) on my way my daughter helped me send in the paperwork they needed I called 4 or 5 times they never one time got upset instead was both ready to help me. When I got there they both greeted me very happy and eager to help I had my 3 year old he was being his typical 3 year old laughing being loud both ladies talked and interacted with him. And made it very easy it wasn’t stressful. Thanks ladies so much for all y’all’s help! I rather drive extra miles to know that I am a valued customers than drive less miles to feel like I am getting on someone’s nerves!
