Very friendly and fast! Although I didn't qualify for what I asked for they made a counter offer that was perfect! Literally took 30 minutes to get a new Loan.

I just had one of the most pleasent business experiences that I have had in many years; after just coming off one of the worst. There is a super nice lady at this location named Ashley Wood. Ashley is super professional, and doesn't blow your phone up trying to get you there as her competition is proving to do now. Lol. If you need a short term fix go see this dear lady. Advance give her a raise. 😀

After talking to multiple loan agencies, I knew Advance America was the place I needed to go once I spoke to one the kindest women in Tyler named Beverly. Advance America made the loan process easy and painless by providing outstanding customer service and amazing support. I would recommend this loan agency to anyone! They are there to help you! I would definitely go back! 😁

Miss Carma was the most delightful young lady to wait on me and she was very concerned for me to get a loan and she always had a smile on her face and you need more people like her because a smile goes along way!

I was intially excited and pleased with Advanced America's services until the ball was dropped on their end. It was not clearly explained to me of their withdrawal process. So I was receiving bi-weekly phone calls about coming into the store to make my payments. I would go in to make the payments not knowing they would also be taking money from my bank account resulting in me making double payments. This went on for months without me knowing until I made my last payment in the store (early pay off) as I normally do. Remind you I paid in full and caught by surprise when the rep called and stateded that they were not aware and apologized. Remind you I made the full payment and why didn't they catch this and why call me asking for a pay knowing it was coming out of my bank account the following night which was the same day paid? In addition, the drafts we're from another vendor so again I was not aware that it was AA. Thought it was from another bill. They apologized but the damage is done! At this point I was so upset and spoke with the GM about it. They only waived the fees but not bank fees. Stay away from places like this. Just a rip-off. Some of the staff needs more training an knowledge of there policies! Extremely nice staff and very respectful but this customer will not be returning!
