I was super hesitant and embarrassed when I reached out to Debt Reduction Services. How did my finances get so out of control?! Before I was paying $600 a month and only paying off the interest. I was exhausted and not making any progress. Debt Reduction Services was super kind and non judgement. They really care about helping you achieve financial freedom and learning from your mistakes. Its almost like financial rehab. I wasn't even sure if it was a legitimate company or if I was getting scammed, but I was at the point where I had nothing to lose. My credit and finances were so horrendous that I couldn't even have a serious relationship with anyone because I was too ashamed of my crippling debt. Debt Reduction Services negotiated with all of my lenders and collections to give me a minimal interest rate so that I could make progress towards paying back the money I owed and repair my credit. Although I am still working on my credit, I finally feel free. Since I because of a client a year ago my credit score has gone up almost 200 points. In a year or two after all my debt is paid I'm going to be able to purchase a home. If you would have told me that a year ago I would have laughed at you. Long story short: if you're on the fence please do yourself a favor and join yesterday. You have nothing to lose.

So many great things to say about this company. They truly care about each and every client they have, and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you get your debt or student loans back on track. I tried using another service and got nowhere fast, but with Peter and this company I was able to get my student loans out of default and back on track. They took care of 90% of all the paperwork and working with the government so that I didn't have to, and the knowledge that they had on the inner workings was amazing. I highly recommend to anyone needing help with student loans to go with this company, because they can and will get the job done for you.

I needed help with mine and my wife’s credit card debt and wanted to move forward in my life. They were super helpful and very nice to speak with. The whole process was very easy and they save you a lot of money in interest on all your credit cards. So I highly recommend if your paying minimum payments on high interest credits to give Debt Reduction Services.

This company has been so helpful in eliminating my debt that I have now completed their program. Once enrolled in the program, my interest immediately stopped accruing on my accounts and I was making payments directly to the balance of my accounts. The staff were so helpful and every time I had a question, I would send an email and have a response the same day. Excellent company and would use them again, if I ever needed assistance again.

I spoke with Megan at made by reduction services and she has set me up with a wonderful plan to move forward debt free over a short period of time for a small fee of only 20 dollars. She helped tremendous so much In fact my fiancé did it as well. The monthly payment is low and my fiancé and myself are going to be looking at a bright future as home owners soon. It is great!

This was the first company I called for assistance. It was explained that they’re a non-profit organization and they were here to help. I didn’t feel any judgment while going through the process. Going through this issues can be very embarrassing and all I received was support and Professionalism. Can’t ask for anything else.

Helpful with details on what debt you have where. I decided not to use their services, first after I discovered they charge 12% interest (Which is far higher than the interest rates on my debt). Then I had an uncomfortable interaction with the person managing my case. When I told him my husband isn't employed because he stays home to watch our 2 year old, the case manager laughed out loud. It felt very sexist and dismissive.

I want really thank David Brown for helping me through the DRS program. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy, every time I called him or emailed him, he responded with 15 minutes to my email. I have personally known someone who has used them before and they got of 19k debt in a couple of years, so I thought would utilize the service myself.

Very thorough and explained everything well. It only took about 20 minutes and I was able to go over and sign all of the paperwork on my phone while we were on the call. Very reasonable rates to eliminate the hassle of having to contact the individual creditors myself, and ensure that they will update my credit report when things are paid off as agreed upon.

They do not pester clients, but occasionally check on them to make sure they are doing well and can continue to manage their payments. They help reduce the stress of debt by establishing manageable payments. They are reputable, easy to work with, and communicate effectively. Would recommend highly!

They made this process very simple and after 4 years I was able to pay off all of my debt. This seemed so overwhelming and never ending in the beginning and I am so grateful they were able to help me without hurting my credit. I would definitely recommend if you have a lot of debt and can only pay the minimum payment every month. Without them I would still just be paying the interest and not made a dent in the actual debt.

Pete Dunbar did a great job helping us get out from under debt. We really appreciate his hard work, understanding and compassion. Unfortunately, the student loan program isn't great, but that is the government's issues, not Debt Reduction. Pete is doing what he can to help with this as well and we are grateful.
