Vista Pawn State St W State St, Boise

My experience at this pawn store has been great. I have been coming here for at least 6 years. They have great deals and a wonderful staff. I have bought and sold many items and have never been disappointed. Chris is my favorite staff member, he is knowledgeable and always very helpful. If you are looking for great deals you should stop buy!!!!

I told these guys I would leave them a positive review if the PS3 I bought worked when I got home, and it did! They were great, and very patient. They helped me lower down the price, and sat with me in-store to test the console. The remote was broken so we couldn't test that the games were working, but they told me if I can get another remote, test it at home, and it still doesn't work, I can bring it back. Great customer service.

All the staff here were extremely helpful and informative. While waiting to get my items pawned I had the pleasure of seeing all the staff interact with other customers with the same care. Definitely coming back! Thanks to Tim who was guiding me through th process

First time there, was immediately greeted enthusiastically by Timothy. After browsing a bit, Christopher offered to help and gave some honest answers that demonstrated these guys are focused on long term reputation and treating people right. Thanks and I’ll be sure to come here often.

Place was dirty and guy at the counter wouldn’t just give me a quote. He grilled me with a million questions. I ended up going elsewhere and got more than what I was hoping for. I would not recommend this pawn shop.

I love vista pawn! They have awesome prices and are really great about working with you. Their employees are all amazing and so friendly. I especially love working with Kali. She always helps me fine what I’m looking for and is very knowledgeable in jewelry. Will definitely keep coming back!

I have no shame in admitting that when I need to go to Vista Pawn, I always take the extra time out of my day to travel to the State Street location. Kali is the most AMAZING customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I love this store. Kali Woodal works here, and she is amazing. Her customer service is always up to par, and you can tell she truly enjoys her job. If i were to ever change jobs, I would probably come here because of how positive the environment seems. Love love love!

I have been coming to this location and the one on vista for years. I prefer the state street location because of a gal that works there named Kali. She is always super friendly and will help me with anything I need whether it be a loan, or if I’m looking for a particular item. We’ve established a well customer/employee relationship and I continue to do service with this company because of the service I have encountered from her.

Went in looking for gold jewelry the first time I was just browsing the manager was really nice to me and made me want to go back. I found a nice ring that I wanted but it was out of my price range. So they were very patient with me and answered all my questions and gave me a steal of a deal on the ring I wanted! Thank you for your help.

Great place cultural sound. I came in to see if I can get my jewelry cleaned that l bleached and this guy did a 10 min solution buffed with a cloth and magic appeared it was like new again. With that being said this gentleman wouldn’t charge me for this service. Which I’m humbled. I would suggest everyone on Boise go through and experience the culture and family atmosphere!

Heyo! So I came into this location trying to buy some speakers and equipment, and was in shock! The service was amazing! I didn't expect to have such friendly and helpful employees on my side! And they were knowledgeable enough to teach me a few tricks and make sure I got the best buy! I recommend Kali if you want someone fair and honest. She's an amazing person!
