Great service. Great price high quality

It took almost 2 years to get a part for my recall. They never called me to tell me the part was in (they took off the bad part in question) and I constantly called them as to when to expect the part to be replaced. When I took my car in, I was to have a complimentary vacuum (cost probably in the service charge to Chrysler) and the young man vacuumed the back seat area, not the front or driver's side, nor the back end of the mini van. What's the point? Next......

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I've never left feeling duped or overcharged. They answer any questions I've had. I trust them. They offer quality service. I really appreciate that.

We had an appointment for one o'clock and the first thing out of the associate's mouth was that rhey were behind and wouldn't get ro our car until rhe next day. Why have appointments? We were in for a check engine light and for one of our prepaid oil changes. The gentleman said that we didn't have a warranty ( and we purchased an extended one when we bought the car that is good till 2022) so the diagnostics would cost $199 just to hook up the computer to it. He said we didn't have a purchased oil change plan in the computer, so that would also cost $199 as well. He never seemed ro listen to what we were trying to say, so we just left w/o having anything done at all...WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY ON OUR PART. We will not be using David Taylor in any of our future car concerns...no way, Jose'!

They fixed the oil leak in our truck and was happy its fixed. We didn't understand why it wasn't covered by warranty

Nothing but good experiences and good service from the folks here. Few years back I got 2 key fobs off Amazon and they programmed them for me. Just recently I screwed up and locked my keys in my car and it was super simple and fast to get a valet key cut. Saved me a bunch of money again!

Had my vehicle in for multiple issues and all of them were handled promptly and correctly. However, I was most impressed with my service advisor, Mike G. He was very professional and his customer service skills are exceptional. Being without your vehicle and having to get warranty items fixed are sometimes a bit frustrating, however Mike made it a pleasure to work with this service department.

They took great care of my specialty car! The service advisor was very knowledgable about my specific car model, and all the appropriate parts were used. Will definitely return when more service is needed.
