First Community Credit Union Manchester Rd, Ellisville

Went thru their ATM at the Ellisville Branch and the ATM did not disburse any money, but took it out of my account. Went inside and told the teller what had happened. Immediately said nothing I can do and told me to reach out to my bank. Wouldn't record the incident or attempt to help me. For this experience Ill never bank at this bank or any First Community Banks ever.

This credit union at the Ellisville location is now horrible!!!! It used to be the best with friendly, helpful customer service. The lady that retired, who was the best, is missed so much!!! I have been in there three times recently and all three times, customer service has not been friendly AT ALL!!! I will take my business to another location. In fact, today, I drove 30 min out of my way to avoid doing business at this location.

My wife and I went to First Community to talk to someone about applying for the first time home buyer mortgage with a lot of anxiety because our student loan debt is substantial. When we got there, we quickly realized that you don't get to talk an actual mortgage broker, only someone who inputs your data into their system (something you can just do at home). We didn't get explained with the advantage or disadvantage of the first time home buyer was nor were we able to have any of our specific questions about the loan answered. When the data was being input, and the person at the branch did the math on our debt to income ratio, SHE LITERALLY LAUGHED AND VERBALLY SAID "HA THAT SUCKS". Now that the loan decision has come through, they are refusing to give us our credit report. We will never recommend this product nor this institution due to how we were treated by their employee.

I have been a member of First Community for 3 years and they are great to deal with. My debit card was lost by a waitress last night at restaurant, I called and immediately had the card cancelled with zero problems. This morning I went in and they printed a new card for me on the spot with no charge. Sometimes I wonder if customer service is becoming a lost art, First Community gives me hope that it might not be gone yet.

Tellers always seem annoyed but Kris was the nicest lady there.

Today Oct. 26 @ 1 pm the blonde teller started screaming at me and extremely rude. I'm a senior citizen and a disabled combat vet and could not move fat enough for her. Horrible service. I have been a member for 36 years and NEVER been treated so bad.

Very misleading financial institution. I got refinanced my home with them but I would not recommend them to anyone. They will charge you tons of hidden fees. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR CHECKING AND SAVING: direct deposits got rejected 3 times for no reason. TOTAL WAST OF TIME

I have been to this credit union several different times and finally will not return. The bank tellers and drive up service is decent but that's is as far as you should take it. When you walk in you will not be greeted with a smile, in fact I'll be surprised if you're greeted at all. Heaven forbid anyone gets up from their desk. And they will speak loudly to each other about your financial issues in front of people in the lobby. Respond to any questions you have with a snobby attitude and if you want to get anything done you have to set up an appointment for another day if its too close to their closing time, which is 4pm, because I was told they have a life outside of their job. They rather pig out on their free popcorn than treat anyone as a decent human being. When I left I told them to be nicer to the next customer they deal with because it's ridiculous how rude they were and I was told I didn't have to come to this location. So I won't. I will drive 4 miles past this location to a different one and if they are 1/4 as disrespectful as this one I will close my account.

I have had 3 loans through this company and have moved all my other business here. The community at the bank is amazing! Also Meagan ROCKS at this location! Be sure to work with her any chance you get. Thanks team for all your hard work in making money easy to deal with!

Really enjoy this location. Everyone is always nice and place is clean.
