My husband and I began looking for a first home in March of 2020 as the pandemic was just beginning, in the process of looking both my husband and I were furloughed and had to put the search on hold. Fast forward a year and we were ready again to began looking and we had no question in our minds that we wanted to continue using David as our broker and Chris was our realtor. You all know this market and that investors are buying everything up if you’re not on your toes well you won’t buy a house! With david we offered a 21 day closing with our offer and without his expeditiousness it wouldn’t have been possible. His software he uses for documents and explanations are easy and self explanatory, along with being excellent at being easily accessible to answer questions or concerns.
