I had my gold appraised at several other places in passing, over the last several months. Decided it was time to actually part with it & figured I’d check Dave’s out & get another quote to boot, just to see. Not only was he as generous as a smart business man can be while still making a living, he was very pleasant as well.. The shop is very well kept & had plenty of nifty items from what I saw, in passing. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

The man at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He offered a very competitive and fair price. I will definitely go back to his store to buy or sell.

Had a Good experience with Dave yesterday selling my mothers sterling silver which my daughters didnt want! Called ahead for apt. due to covid issue and Dave provided detail on stuff and offered a fair price. I recommend Dave to others and will return with more good items in future!

My wife and I went to Dave’s Saturday to sell my grandmothers sterling silver tea set and some plates we had no real knowledge of the age or real value of it, Dave is very knowledgeable he said around early 1900s which is probably dead on, he gave us a very good price ! He barely looked at the items we had a certificate of appraisal. And gave us a made up amount which was truly insulting. We brought him a 14k gold necklace and 10k cross pendant barely bought 4 months ago still new and shiny . Need to sell for personal reasons. My fiancee and i felt insulted . We are not desperate or stupid. We will do our research and get a way better offer. Pass no thank you ! Never go back there ever!

I have been dealing with dave off and on for 5 years now. He has always offered fair prices. He has an immense amount of knowledge on antiques and what they are worth. EVEN if he doesnt buy your items he can usualy point you in the direction of someone/where that might.

I came in to Dave’s with some items that I knew little to nothing about. He took a look at them and gave me a very fair offer that I gladly accepted. He took his time to answer my questions and went over the pros and cons of holding onto my items or letting them go. I would gladly do business with Dave again! Dave is professional , friendly, and fair. I highly recommend him! I needed to sell a ring and he quickly and efficiently offered me the best price. I had visited two other businesses in the area and Dave exceeded both in every area.

I stopped in yesterday to see if Dave was interested in some items that I had. He was very professional and polite. After looking at everything he was very clear on what he was interested in. Based on some of the research I had done I felt that Dave made a very fair offer. I also waited as Dave helped another customer hoping to sell some items. He was kind and professional to her as well, and even explained some of the history behind her items. The store is very clean and there are a lot of neat pieces of history there.

Dave's was recommended to me by my brother who had a positive experience. So I stopped in Dave's on a Monday around 12:30/1:00pm to sell a necklace and bracelet. I was greeted by Dave himself who was kind, friendly and welcoming. Walking through his store I saw a wide range of interesting collectibles neatly organized. Glass showcases displaying a variety of attractive jewelry. I informed Dave that my brother had recommended him. Dave asked my brothers name and recalled doing business with him months prior. He assessed my jewelry and compared to others in the area gave me the best estimate. My overall experience was positive and I plan on visiting Dave's store again in the near future.

Dave can be highly recommended as a place to do business. He is very knowledgeable and took his time with us, examining very carefully the items we brought to him. He was very fair in letting us know what was of value & what was not. He gave us a fair price for the items he purchased and he gave us good counsel & direction as to what to do with some other items.

I would like to say before I even went in the shop I made a phone call to Dave he was very knowledgeable and very helpful and even recommended me to somebody else for something he doesn't deal with. I then went back to him at a later date when I needed his opinion on something else. He was more than fair he was a total gentleman and it was a total pleasure to work with him. I researched where I could sell some family things and Dave's got good reviews from a lot of people. I never sold anything to anybody and was a little apprehensive on what to expect but Dave was very nice and explained what he could buy from me to be able to sell it in his store. We also had a good political discussion on current affairs and feral cat rescues.
