Hello, This review was a long time coming. (I didn't realize I never wrote one for this company). I've worked with Prosper Mortgage twice in 3 years and have nothing but the utmost respect for this company. My agent was Robin Boline and she worked with me to purchase a home in 2017, then again to refinance my mortgage in 2019- 2020. I'm embarrassed to say that I thanked her but didn't properly thank her with sending her a thank you card for the amazing and uncommon help she did for my family and I on the refinance, and for that, I am so sorry and want to say Thank You Robin for the unusual situation we had that caused you to go above and beyond what was necessary to make the refinance work out. When I say it was above and beyond, I mean above and beyond anything anyone has ever done for me, aside from family members. I, 100%, recommend this mortgage company to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home. I will refinance again using their services when rates drop again. Rich Stone from Prosper Mortgage is very good at what he does. I contacted Rich thinking I was not qualified to buy a house, to my suprise he said I did qualify. This was my first house purchase and I was on a time limit, do to the rental house I lived in was being sold. Rich went above and beyond answering all my questions and made the process as stress free as he could. I knew nothing about how it worked or anything that was involved. Rich is a very hard worker and I need to add the same for everyone that works at Prosper Mortgage. I will always recommend Prosper Mortgage to anyone who asks. And if I ever go to purchase another house I will most deffinatly be turning to Richard Stone.
