I cannot recommend Dave Oliverio enough! As a first time homebuyer, I was understandably nervous and apprehensive about dipping my toe into the real estate & mortgage world. He made sure to review the details of every single loan document with me during each step of the process so I understood the terminology and what I was committing to in my mortgage. He was extremely communicative and quick to respond to even my smallest questions. He also collaborated with my real estate agent seamlessly to make sure the offer & closing were moving quickly and efficiently in this high pressure housing market. Additionally he recommended a first-time home buyer program for my loan which saved me money on the mortgage.
