This second refinance was trickier than the first, which was on my home, for several reasons. We did a refinance with Loansteady and the nice and easy. The whole process took about 1month, since there has to be coordination with different parts of the refinance process, but since we had the interest rate locked in, there was no worries. After a difficult process I canceled with another mortgage company (to protect their identity, that company’s name starts with a ‘B’ and ends with an ‘A’), I found Loansteady through Lending Tree. From the beginning I worked with Caleb. There were some bumps in the road but all were related to paperwork with the previous mortgage company. Caleb always kept me informed and also advocated for me in leading the process to complete the closing. Any time I made a phone call to him, it was returned very quickly. He never hesitated to call to make sure I had everything I needed and answered questions.
