We had a great time at Saltaire! Easy check-in and check-out, loved the decor and amenities, house was clean, location was perfect!! We have rented at other locations (OBX) with other companies and this process was a million times easier! The views were spectacular and we would definitely rent with DIBR again if we are lucky enough to have time to visit Dauphin Island again.

A very beautiful home right on the beach. Comfortable beds/linens. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Well stocked with every amenity. AC worked great. Great maintenance service. I told them about a wobbly chair, only so that they would know we found it like that and that we didn't need the 8th chair for our family of seven. Within two hours maintenance showed up to tighten and to check all of the chairs. I was surprised and very impressed. Beautiful wrap around deck. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replaced but we still made great use of that deck. Easy check in. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time when we rented from Dauphin Island Beach Rentals. We rented Ohana and the home was perfect for us. The views were incredible and the place was spotless. DIBR were super responsive and great with communication and I would totally recommend using them on your vacation to the island.

We stayed at West End Girl in April 2022. We had a wonderful time and the property was awesome! We have a big group and it was super comfortable. Plenty of chair/couch space, comfortable beds and beautifully decorated.

The house we stayed in is badly in need of attention! Multiple things wrong and not kept up. Like broken door handles. Busted out lights and missing light bulbs. Dishwasher not attached to counter and hard to use. A lot of those things are cosmetic, but still expected when you are spending 5k to stay somewhere for a week. The worst and biggest issue there was the deck! Complete safety issue! Myself and others literally stepped on boards that went through around the pool. I've injured my ankle that I'm now may have to go to the doctor to get checked out and spend more money after my vacation! One of their employees that upkeeps the pool stopped by and said they are fully aware of condition of deck. My father in law started calling the office the day after we arrived and got no response till he finally went down to the office days later. It's obvious they don't want to fix it because it stays rented by outdated pictures shown to advertise. Not ok that you care that much about revenue and that little about safety of your guests! The place needs to be shut down and repaired before renting out! The beach is very nice and not crowded if that is what you are looking for and there are a lot of nice looking houses as well. I would recommend the beach just not this rental company!

Horrible rental company. Phones always go to answering machine, they may call you back they may not. When you do talk to them, they offer little service. They use old pictures in their ads and conceal broken and damaged items in the home. Broken lights, dirty fans and tubs, no sheets on one bed, broken dishwasher and grill. Deck rotten and dangerous. Wire hanging everywhere under home. When we talked about repair I was told they knew of the problem 2 years ago, but haven't had time to fix it because they didn't want to shut the rental down for repairs DO NOT RENT 102 RAPHEAL DR, it is a mess.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It had top notch amenities, comfortable beds, and views no matter where you were in the house. We especially loved the screened in porch. We enjoyed the bay side as much as we did the ocean side. We also enjoyed the peace and serenity that you don’t find at most beaches. It is definitely on our list to return to in the future. The house we stayed at, Sun Spot, is beautiful! Perfect for our family vacation with 3 teenagers, us (parents), and grandparents. Everything was clean and as described, and actually exceeded our expectations! This amazing spot is right on the water, so it felt like we had our own private beach. Stop at Walmart in Mobile on your way down to get a few groceries, but you will find many amazing restaurants on Dauphin Island. We highly recommend Dauphin Island Beach Rentals and this house. This beach rental was a home away from home, the view was amazing, the beach was great. It was so relaxing, the house was clean and decorated with beach themes in it. The beach house had all the cooking items you would need, pots, pans,dishes,silver ware, plates,cups, glasses and also beach towels. What a great vacation. We rented the WAVE LOUDEST beach house for a week....

We rented Blessed at the Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has almost everything you need for families and decent size groups. The pool and spa were the hit of the week for the kids and grandkids. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived and DI Beach Rentals had a technician out first thing on Monday to correct the problem. They were very responsive to any service/information requests and are very customer satisfaction focused.

A carefree experience. The check-in process was very easy. Dauphin Surf Club B12 was clean, relaxing, and a delight to stay. Recommend to couples or families.

Beware when booking. Pricing change every day going up and down. I tried to book a house, and depending on the day it would cost up to $10 more a night. Also, good luck trying to get responses from them and even getting a callback. I have been trying all morning to get in touch with a human on the phone and all I get is a voice message. Terrible way to manage a business.
