Wonderful experience! We rented a gulf front home on Dauphin Island and were very pleased with our whole experience. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. Having linens provided saved us a lot of room by not needing to pack these things and it was great not having to make beds upon arrival and strip them before we left. ACP provided us with a parking pass giving us access to most of the beaches. Check in/out was quick. Other family that stayed on the Island rented through a different agency and their house and "extras" were not nearly as nice as what we got through ACP. We will definitely go through ACP for future visits.

The properties are always as they describe. However, getting back from an email is sometimes slow.

ACP really went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. They even shipped a jacket back that we left in our condo. I can’t say enough great things about their service and their care for their customers. Thank you all again for everything!!!!

The staff at ACP were great to work with. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 1 of the 5 nights we booked at Jack's Shack on Dauphin Island due to Hurricanes Laura and Marco. The staff at the ACP office were wonderful to work with, very responsive to calls and emails. They even went the extra mile giving me proof of our interupted trip to be able to get a refund from the travel insurance. A word about Jack's Shack, it is an awesome place. Amenities galore. I would love to attempt to stay there again.

We had a wonderful first stay on Dauphin Island. Making a reservation, checking in, and checking out was simple and professional. Any questions I had prior to our stay were answered quickly. The condo was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our stay. We are looking forward to our next trip.

We rented the property named "Exhale". It was truly gorgous and perfect for our large family. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Loved it and will definitely return! ACP was very organized and made our late check in very easy. Great company!

The house was clean, bright, and comfortable with an incredible view of the sunset over the water. Bathrooms were a little tight, but doable. A very large person might have trouble in the master bath, particularly, as shower and toilet area are very small. However, my husband is 6'2" and 250 lbs and we did fine. ACP was a delight - friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend both their team and the house itself.

Beautiful condo! Second time we’ve rented this unit and we have been happy with both visits. The kitchen needs a few more cooking utensils (ex., no spatula, etc) but other than that it’s wonderful!

We stayed in “Must Be Nice” 1. Dryer did not work, ACP told us the repair man would be there Monday, we went three days waiting and then the repair man never showed. The dryer was never fixed during our stay. 2. The pans were all chipped and the kitchen was very poorly stocked. 3. It felt as though the house keeper did not go through and put any finishing touches. We were never given the “Green Bag” that is referred to in the welcome folder that should have had laundry detergent. (Wouldn’t have done us any good anyways because the dryer was BROKE). Deck furniture was just all over the place. We didn’t have a new sponge or dish washing soap. Toilet paper was SCARCE! 4. Back porch light was completely missing. 5. Roofing shingles and trash was all over the yard, the grass is high and not maintained. 6. Lack of furniture, there’s a big covered deck and no picnic table to eat at or even small tables to set beverages on. We were very pleased with our last-minute weekend getaway rental at Holiday Isle condos through ACP Rentals! They were very helpful during the entire rental process. The condo was sparkling clean, had plenty of towels and washcloths and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The on-site staff was friendly and efficient, available on Sunday when we had an issue with our key card (our fault, not theirs), and made checking out very easy. Would definitely rent from ACP and stay at Holiday Isle again!

I've rented beach houses on Daulphin Island three times, and each experience was excellent. The three houses were fully equipped, cute, and comfortable with great mattresses and linens. All were spotless. For the few problems that arose, ACP was very responsive and they took care of them within hours. I also appreciated ACP doing me small favors, like doing faxes for me and receiving packages. Everyone in the office was super nice. It was a major plus that the office is right on the island instead of on the mainland. I'm renting with them again next year.

Staff was very nice and responsive to any questions, especially since we came late on a Sunday evening. The condo was warm and clean, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Family friendly facility/beach, and social distancing was easy. We will definitely be back.

We have used ACP for rentals on Dauphin Island for years. The staff is always accommodating. I have used them for scheduled rentals months in advance and last minute rentals. Never had an issue. This last stay, I was particularly impressed. My 11 year old left his swimming trunks hanging on a rack in the bathroom. We left and I chalked them up to a good time. Two days later a package arrived on our doorstep. The swimming trunks freshly washed and dried. Now that is impressive!!! That was much appreciated and the reason I write this review. When a business goes above and beyond, they deserve Kudos.

This was our first stay on the Island during the 4th. We have celebrated the 4th for over 25 years. However, working with your team was such a pleasure and your responded to our every request with professional manner. We plan to book again for next year as soon as possible.

This was our first time on Dauphin Island, and we couldn't have been happier with the beach house we booked with ACP. We were thrilled when we walked in the door. Picking up our packet with directions etc was easy, the ACP staff was so helpful before and during our stay on the island. The house was amazing and our family will be back again. My family had a wonderful interaction with ACP. Due to the Covid-19 we needed to make changes to our stay and ACP was very flexible with us and our needs. We ended up with a wonderful trip quarantining on the beach! I will definitely recommend to friends and use their services again in the future.
