Dan was referred to me by another professional I was working closely with and it may be one of the best recommodations I've ever received. Not only was the loan process smooth and fast, but extremely informative and responsive. Dan had spreadsheets to show me different financing scenarios and affordability for me. The most amazing part, he found something on my credit report that was old and inaccurate preventing me from having a top tier score. He gave me templates to submitt to the credit bureaus which got it resolved for me days before closing. He STILL got me a better rate in the 11th hour...unheard of service from a loan officer. My real estate agent even was happy to know I was working with Dan b/c of how easy he makes the process for everyone involved. Don't bother going anywhere else!

Dan Moralez was absolutely wonderful to work with! My work schedule is crazy, but he made himself available outside of normal business hours for calls/texts about loan progress. He also sent video emails explaining everything to me due to my schedule constraints. It was nice to have that because I could continuously reference it. Dan is a great guy and provides an excellent service to his clients. It's hard to find trustworthy people these days, but Dan is one of them and has your back throughout the confusing mortgage process.
