I’ve dealt with many lenders in the past, but Jeff at D&H Lending was hands down the best! Our home search spanned 6 months and included countless offers. Jeff was there every step of the way, reassuring us and answering any questions we had. Sometimes it was on the weekends while he was at a soccer game! He goes above and beyond for his clients. I almost feel like he’s family at this point, and I have yet to meet him! Plus, D&H Lending had very competitive rates.

These guys are a class act and were able to get us a 75 Day Rate Lock which was crucial to us closing due to all the construction delays we experienced. Not only was the process smooth but the closing cost scenario they quoted for me was the cheapest I received from 5 other lenders. Not to mention the rate was also the lowest I was quoted. With interest rates rising, having a quality broker in your corner fighting to save you every last dollar is now more important than ever.....And these guys sure did deliver.....Don't fall for the sales pitch at a big bank, there going to charge your an arm and a leg in closing costs & points.
