First Cash Pawn Montfort Dr, Dallas

I have purchased a few items from this place. I guess I don't learn easily, each time the items were damaged in some way it's not easily detected. When I would ask if I could trade the items for something different and pay the difference, I was rejected. They are quick to point out it's sold as is. They should be honest enough to point out the problem with their products and their return policy. The manager a young Hispanic lady has no clue about customer satisfaction and retention. Never will I step foot in that place again. Super unsatisfied.

Horrible experience please do not do business with this store. They are conducting unfair business practices not honoring the dated sticker prices on their merch. Xbox 1x dated from 300$ to $200 and they wont honor the April's $200 price tag charging me $250. This is illegal and i will contact my lawyer.

I bought a vizio last year. Shows perfect picture and sound no problems. People are friendly and took a tv off top shelf just because I wanted to check it out. I have another tv on layaway much bigger. I truly like this store.

This place has an employee that sells stolen tools (jack hammer), i advised the manager and they completely ignored the situation, after i had pawned with them for more than 10 years they gave me a police report, officer's name and even his cell phone number, First Cash Pawn., took an item from me claiming that it was stolen, well i called the police department and they have no information about it, so they can accuse, but you can't accuse them for hirings people who absolutely sells stollen tools, (it was property of ABC rental).

Francisco was awesome. And manager, GMO was tough, but fair. Great customer service

Very disappointed with the service of this place. Took my daughter to sell her viola that she has had for 3 years and cost over $1200. Great condition came with bow and accessories. She had wrote on the shoulder strap and the guy says sorry not interested. I asked him why and he says we don’t take school items. Ummm excuse me!!?? I don’t know what clientele they have there m, but to make an insinuation that my daughter’s viola was from a school. How dare you! Would never recommend this place!

Manager greeted me as soon as I came in. Store is clean and set up well enough to view items and navigate store. Far less cluttered than other shops I've been to. Good selection of tools, movies, audio equipment, TV's and laptops.

Their staff is racist and rude.

They pretty much scam and insult you, I walk in and see the product I plan to pawn being sold for $300+ and asked them how much they would take mine for(retails for $200), they told me they'd take it from me for $25 would give 0 stars for the sheer stupidity of this place alone.

My item was a gift from my dad he must've thought I stole it cause he said only way they would buy it is if I had my receipt and kept staring and laughing with other co workers
