We just closed on a rental property with Cyrus and couldn't be happier. Earlier this year I needed to execute an incredibly difficult refinance half of the brokers/officers I spoke to either 1) could not comprehend or 2) told me was not possible to do without a completely unconventional loan with a ridiculous rate. From the very first conversation I had with Cyrus, it was clear that he was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and well-connected to the world of real estate financing. While he did not make any specific promises out of the gate on any final outcomes (which I appreciate), he did mention that he would investigate the situation thoroughly and was not scared off at all by my difficult situation (in fact, I got the strange sense he felt invigorated by the challenge). After a few weeks, he presented the good news that he found a way to get me the refinance I needed, and even better news that we could do it on a fully conventional product with standard rates/terms. Throughout these initial few weeks and throughout the entire loan process Cyrus maintained extremely tight communication with me at all hours of the day/night/weekend (not sure if he ever actually sleeps), he iterated on hand-crafted supplemental material to provide underwriters with necessary context about my situation to keep the closing process streamlined, and never once made me feel like I was at risk of not closing/not closing on time. More recently, Cyrus also helped me finance a primary home purchase on an extremely tight timeline. All of the same great things from the refinance remained true for this home purchase process. I had quite a few friends closing on properties around the same time with other lenders who were having all kinds of issues with their loan officers, but I felt totally secure knowing that Cyrus was the person managing things on my behalf. I honestly do not know where I would be right now if I hadn't found Cyrus, but I am pretty sure I wouldn't be writing this review from my new home (primarily due to the magic he worked for my refinance). I am so glad I found him and would recommend him to anyone/everyone!

Cyrus was great to work with through the refinancing of our multiple mortgages. He was very transparent and got us the best rates available on the date of locking. Cyrus was extremely responsive on all emails/calls/texts and gave us his personal touch, he was my single point of contact through the whole process which I very much appreciated. No passing on to other underwriters, processers etc. It was great to work with him on the approvals and have everything consolidated into one transaction.
