Have done 2 refinance with Bin Fang. Before doing it, I compared the quote with other loan agents and Bin is the lowest one. That the reason I chose Bin. Though I've never met and talked to her(only on wechat), she is always responsive and acting professionally. The close time is usually 3 weeks which is also quick. Low rate and fast, why not choose it ? I've recommended her to my friend, though the rate is getting higher during this period, I hope Bin can figure out a plan fit my friend.
