The worst experience possible: this bank is here to emphasize on people. Their business practices are very unethical. The process in which they qualify you are terribly unethical. They ask you for a w2 after you decide on a car and later when you are in possession of a vehicle, they deny you the loan due to human errors on their end. After talking to clerks at the branch but not the "digital bankers" they denied my application with no counter offers or resolutions. If you want to speak with someone in person good luck, theyre untraceable. I am of Latin descents and my skin color is brown, I'm confident this is prejudice and discrimination. I'm closing my busines account, personal checking and credit cards. Seriously a waste of time, BOA, Chase, Wells or any other lending institution is a better option. The amount of effort and time they consumed with no accountability is they most disrespectful experience I have ever seen. The employees from start to finish: Rebecca, her manager Melissa who offered no solutions but a very sadistic "you are denied" response, and Lisa. They will not care about you as a person or a customer.

After having a couple of bad experiences at the Brokaw location, I came to this location and they provided the best customer service experience I've had since opening my account! They actually explained the process of opening an IRA to me and even helped me find a solution on where to get tax advice in order to get started. Thank you for your help!

KeyPoint CU is a total joke as a whole considering they flat out cancelled my credit card with no notice or anything. I’ve never missed a payment and with the pandemic and waiting on my unemployment, I had to use my card a little more than I wanted. I want to add that I have a total of 10 credit cards, and KeyPoint is the only one to cancel. I’ve never heard of someone getting their account canceled with a 700+ credit score. It’s totally ridiculous and I’ll never bank with them again.

I'm not actually rating the Bank itself...I go here on Tuesdays to eat at the food truck that sets up in their parking lot for lunch. MoGo BBQ...Best fusion burritos in the whole Bay Area...hands down! Their Short Rib burritto combines teriyaki short ribs, kimchi, fried rice and cheese with their "secret" MoGo sauce...simply amazing!! If you've never tried MoGo, you HAVE TO!!

Best bank ever!!!!! I have banked with Boa, wells fargo, cities bank, and chase. None of them have the awesome benefits that Keypoint has.

I don't like the new employee seems like they don't know what they're doing, I was talking to someone who were assisting with my transaction she doesn't know what to say and someone jumped in to save her a** not so friendly not even a smile. Bring back the old employee.

As far as banking, I opened an account at the Rivermark branch, now closed. After 18 months I applied for a credit card, which I intended to use for a balance transfer. I am retired and get an excellent monthly SS check, with cash left over after all expenses are paid. After the friendly clerk entered all my data, the bank turned me down -- refused to issue a card. My credit score was impacted of course. This Credit Union is worthless, unless you're making a big salary. My branch at Santa Clara closed, so now I deposit by mail.

KeyPoint is a trustworthy and honorable banking institution that respects its customers and knows how to resolve disputed issues quickly and reliably. I am happy to report that I can highly recommend KeyPoint Credit Union.

They charged me $200+ ( $16.99 every month for 15 months) for no reason. They said "monthly maintenance". But the same time they said "it is organic account" no charges will be made. The online access/ ATM pin change is not possible.

Insanely slow and make tons of mistakes to deal with my loan pay off and car title transfer. Stay away or get screwed up. Wasted me a month and literally 10 visits.
