From the photographer taking the AMAZING photos to his assistant answering my random questions when Cyrus wasn’t available. He made the bittersweet process of selling our home so much easier. Not to mention the knowledge! He shoots some of the most insightful emails with details to assist with selling and buying and the market in general. Knows the military and his job as a realtor. Cyrus was personable, knowledgeable, well connected with his associates and peers, and trustworthy. We had to leave the state and he handled everything amazingly without missing a deadline. Additionally, someone dumped the waste and recycle containers we left for Tacoma sanitation all over the front lawn, Cyrus cleaned it all up and didn't charge us anything extra even though we insisted he get compensated. Oh, he also sold our house for over $50K above asking price. Cyrus Bonnet is by far the best realtor I have ever seen!

Cyrus and his team are experts in their craft. They were able to get us a great house at list price at $15K under appraised value. What sets Cyrus apart are two things- 1. He is very knowledgeable about the VA Loan process and is able to educate other realtors/sellers to remove their preconceived prejudices against VA Loan offers. 2. He knows how to structure competitive offers to quickly close the deal at a great price for buyers.
