Horrible Experience - 3 weeks after sending contract - still heard not a word. When I called to check I was told they would call me right back after getting my file. Never heard. Called the next day - Spoke to Todd Mccain, he said they were very busy and did not have time to call their customers every day with updates (spoken with sarcasm) ....(3 weeks before I called) Then he proceeded to tell me if I don't like the way they do business to find another title company. Extremely rude!! Guess they have too much business and have forgotten good customer service!

Donna was extremely unprofessional, huffing and puffing during our visit to sign paperwork. I waited a day, contacted the company to attempt to file the compliant internally. The receptionist informed me there was no manger and he was second in command. I started explaining the situation, and he hung up on me. Very disappointed.

One of the best Title Companies in Chattanooga, coming from a Realtor and a customer. They are on top of it. Can't go wrong with Cumberland Title.

Donna Parrish and her team were amazing. We worked with a very big, high-volume mortgage lender and they were terrible communicators throughout the process. Donna and her team were consistent and professional in their communications and helped us to close on-time. We would not have closed on-time and probably would've been several days/weeks late if it weren't for Donna and her team. They got the deal done on-time for us and that was really important. Not to mention, we were first time home buyers and the entire team and Cumberland was so thoughtful and warmly explained everything to us. I recommend them to anyone buying a home in the Chattanooga area.
