I just wanna post my experience with ms.Priscilla she helped me out sooo very much made sure I was comfortable an knowledgeable about everything. This is a very great place I will be referring more people too her well the company it’s self. I’m very thankful that I was referred.

This is the best place to go the people are really friendly and went beyond their means to make sure I was taken care of ..they are awesome I highly recommend them

Paige and Brittany did an amazing job taking care of me today. Although they were busy they stayed very professional and were very quick. Definitely won’t go anywhere else to pawn a title or to get a loan.

ATTENTION, WARNING, RIP-OFF!!! The interest rate was 180% I would NOT suggest this place to anyone who has another option available to them!!!! Poor Value!!! The women at this location (4317 Ringgold Rd Chattanooga ,Tn ) were polite when I signed my loan. That said,(only reason for other people's positive reviews) Today (3-1-2021 10:05 a.m.) with the intention of paying off my loan and getting my title back, I called the office in advance to see what I needed to bring to finalize things, no response... so I left a message... Assuming it was just a busy time, because they open at 10a.m. which is what business hours on front door as well as online say... I went to the office, at (10:45a.m.) the office was dark and empty...open sign was not on... no cars in parking lot... still no answer knocking on door... (hoping someone one was in the back) I tried calling again from the parking lot... Still no answer!!! No sign on the door saying anything except the hours are now 10am - 6pm!!!(Really?.. Not Professional) while calling another person showed up in the parking lot (looking as confused as I was why the branch is not open) 11a.m. I called another location (6215 Lee Hwy, Tn) Wow!!! they were open and answered the phone, I spoke to an associate who was equally as confused as I was about the closed store, who said they would call me right back after finding out what was going on (which did not happen!!! Really?.. Not Professional) Before I got off the phone the associate at (6215 Lee Hwy, Tn) suggested I use the title max app to make my payment (without explaining it would cause a 10 day waiting period for my title), because they couldn't help me. Which the app takes the money same day (3-1-2021)out of my account. Which I was never informed would cause a10 waiting period.(Really?.. Not Professional) In the meantime, I deposited the cash and just made the payment on the app (which is easy to maneuver). 3:30pm 3-1-2021 I finally receive a call back from Paige at the Ringgold Rd office, saying she had been SO BUSY ALL DAY!!! (So busy...Obviously not to have the store open at 10a.m.which is posted business hours) she was only now able to return my call, as well as not being able to answer why the store wasn't open at 10:45 a.m. or even an apology for the store not being open on the displayed time... Paige told me since I paid on the app I would not be able to get my loan for 10 days (which was never explained to me by the associate from the Lee Hwy branch... or informed through the title max app Really?.. Not Professional). On top of the extremely unprofessional way I have seen this office ran, I have extreme difficulty understanding why they have any positive reviews except for service getting the initial loan. I would expect an area or regional manager to reach out and address this issue, offer some kind of explanation about what happened and why nothing was communicated or clarified by employees or title max app to what happens when making a final payment or pay-off !!!

Always helpful anytime we need help or questions. Never feel rushed. Done business with them for years. I highly recommend them. Christine is the best and thank you

I hate having to get a title loan but they were great. Very honest about interest and what my payments will be. Even made sure I understood everything and didn't pressure me to get more than I could afford to pay back like other title loan places. Mr. Blackstock, the store manager, was very nice and professional. He helped me a lot and I definitely recommend if you really need a loan

No one wants to get a loan. But like me i had an unexpected expense that resulted in me getting one. They made the process zero stress. I left feeling good about my decision rather than regretful. The staff has to be some of the most friendly and professional people I've met. Had several options and walked me through each to find what fits me best. Thanks for everything!!

This place is amazing for getting a loan or pawning your car title. They're straight and forward with you. All they ask for is a call or show up in person, if you need help with your payment options. To me the people that work at this establishment are very respectful, it feels like home. I've been a customer for almost two years.

Shout out to the Wonderful ladies of team TitleMax in Eastridge TN. They were so professional, respectful, helpful, and just down right the bomb. I went in feeling like what ever and expecting to get the basic service & BOOM these ladies went above and beyond. (I love how they kept reminding my boyfriend my birthday was coming up 😀) I left smiling and feeling 💯 better than when I came in. The Manager, Ms. Priscilla worked with me today and she was awesome. The office was packed, she was only staff on duty, and it was her birthday - yet she was kind, gracious, and very prompt with everyone. This is why I always use this office, the staff are always helpful, kind, and timely. My process, even as crowded as today, was simple and extremely easy. I will keep doing business with this company and especially this office.

Breasia and Paige are wonderful and very compassionate and knowledgeable about what they do at this facility,I will definitely be back.

Leslie at Title Max was very polite professional and helpful with getting the loan that we needed.
