Friendly and knowledgeable staff put you at ease for what can be a worrying financial time. As far as loans available I chose the line of credit which is an excellent option that worked well for me. Seeing as I forgot my skate key I was also relieved to learn that’s no longer required All in, a good experience with fast results. I’ve used a competitor in the past and this was a much better business to work with. The app also makes it easy to keep track of your loan and payments. I also managed to blag a gingerbread man which sweetened the deal.

I was nervous about the whole process but Jessica made me feel at ease! The staff was really nice and the process was quick! I would definitely refer anyone to TitleMax! Thank you guys so much!

I have had such an excellent experience with this company! I was worried about getting trapped in the vicious cycle of pawning my car title but the folks down here at the Rossville Blvd location laid everything out so I was completely clear in understanding how everything would work from start to finish. They were patient and understanding with my concerns. I ended up getting $700 more than what I had expected. They helped make sure I would be able to afford my payments and I literally could not have asked for a better experience than I have had with Titlemax. Sorry is the only word I can think of to describe this place. Yeah everyone that works here is super nice when you’re needing money and trying to pawn the title, but they aren’t very nice when they add interest rates they didn’t make you aware of. It’s not a good feeling when you try to pay the whole lump sum to pay off your loan and they tell you it’s going to cost way more than what it should have originally costed. Screw these people and this company.🖕🏼
