Brandy at the Market Branch was truly amazing!! My kind of fast! We are so pleased w/ the short time the process took, her personality and her efficiency, TOP TIER BRANDY!! We did the application online Wednesday morning and were signed and done w/ the loan for our new Trike by Thursday afternoon, keys in hand. It doesn't get better than that! We thank you for your knowledge, turnaround time, and quick responses to emails. CSE continues to meet our needs. And who doesn't love that 2.99%?? :) We appreciate you!

Sarah Wilds was amazing! I reached out get information on a mortgage, and she answered all of my questions and laid out a path to help make it easier. On top of that she suggested refinancing my car, which will help me save a good deal in interest! Offered rates were amazing, however I called back the next day and decided not to use it at this time... and get this... SHE WAS STILL KIND TO ME! It is not uncommon for people to be rude when not used and I was nervous to tell her but she asked a few questions and then helped me with all my other questions and even helped me sign up for and amazing credit card! Huge shout out for customer service! You just got a customer for life!

Quick easy process. I applied for a visa credit online, James Justice was the loan officer an had contacted me to get further info for continuing the application process within 10 minutes of applying. 20 mins after he called me back to tell me I was approved. ☺️

I decided on CSE Credit Union because of their ranking with Forbes. I liked what they offered as far as services for new checking and savings accounts with no fee overdraft protection and other services. They were thorough in setting me up with my new account and also making a ACH transfer at the same time. Both of the employees that helped me (Sadie Lewis and the teller Sarah) did a very fine job.

I came in to do some account management, but unfortunately their appointment system was down so it was a long wait. I was very understanding. I also had to go to work so I couldn’t wait and I left kindly and said I’ll be back tomorrow. Next day I came in and they remembered me and took care of me right away! I was at CSE Federal Credit Union in Canton today to submit the title to a truck I sold to one of their customers. Everyone their was professional and courteous, and made the process very easy and painless. If I was from the area I would definitely use them for my banking needs.

Once upon a time, even with ample income, finances were just difficult for me. Once I found 500 dollars in a parking lot. The second easiest financial transaction in my life was getting an account with CSE. The third easiest was getting a personal loan with the help of Shane Unkefer, and anyone I’ve ever spoken to at CSE. Really.

This is MY bank ! I have been here for years ! I have received two differnt loans from CSE. I love the process ! It’s easy and very short amount of paperwork . I applied and got approved money in my account the same day . Both loan personnel I have delt with were very professional and friendly.

Never had a bad experience w/ this place over YEARS of business. Bank account / savings, credit lines, car loans etc. ALL amazing, Went through a dispute process where on the phone they were SUPER compasssionate and told me I won and got my money back. Months later they randomly STOLE the money back!! By the time I realized it it, they claimed it was too long! I've been on the phone now arguing for hours with a lady and a assistant branch manager who seems more inclined to talk to me like I'm a child than help me!! I feel like the they stole from me and frankly put can't believe how cold and callous these peple are about it. The number one priority is just getting me to hang up, when I mentioned I was willing to hold, they worded as "this guy is refusing to hang up". Absolutely disgusting that I remained a customer of this bank in Canton while I now live 50 minutes away and I'm going to close my account over them refusing to honor their word over a measely 535 dollars!!!!!!! I hope they resolve this so I can edit this. I'm absolutely amazed how hard they are trying to prevent me from escalating.

Another tip of the hat to Dale Walborn and the entire CSE team for putting not 1 but 2 loans together for us this week. Some people foolishly believe credit unions only help people with less than stellar credit, cheap cars, no money down, etc. And while an area credit union is your best bet in those particular situations. I am here to say that CSE has helped us with new from Toyota, Cadillac, Can-Am, Subaru, along with personal loans, etc. We bank at 2 national branded big banks as well as CSE FCU. But we only borrow from Dale and the team here locally. These are your neighbors. This is where your money stays and works. Give ‘em a shot at earning your business and you will become family. You will not regret it!
