As a commercial loan broker I work with many title companies. Crossland Title is absolutely top notch! They were of immeasurable help in getting four very challenging simultaneous files across the finish line. Love working with them!

Working with a local, hometown title company makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD! We had an EMERGENCY with our home closing literally the morning of closing and they knew their stuff, and worked with our realtor to help us secure our contract and potential future problems as a result of the emergency. So greatful for the work they put in for me and my husband!

They communicate well and clossings are done in a timely. Jessica there has been terrific to work with as I've closed a few real estate transactions with them over the last few months while being out of town.

Jessica at Crossland Title was wonderful. After a terrible experience with a mortgage company on the house we were selling, Jessica was so sweet and pleasant, not to mention very professional. We had no problem with the title company we went through buying our new house, but there was no comparison. Crossland Title is a step above.

I have used this company for years, they are incredible! Top notch in the field - and so flexible with regards to clients needs! I also appreciate that they do "mobile closings" so if someone is homebound, or needing to close in another county at a realty office - they can make it happen!

I cannot say enough great things about my experiences with Crossland Title. I have now had a few closings with them, and I will never allow anyone else to handle a closing in which I am a buyer or seller. Beth and the gang are consummate professionals, yet they are not just "box-checkers." Whenever a hiccup would arise in my transaction, they would work with the lender and both agents to find a solution. They are creative, prompt, and diligent. I highly recommend.

Jenna ask me to give her a chance and if I was not happy with her service I could just walk away and never look back. I can truly say I would not replace her with another agent unless she walked away from me. She has resolved all issues I have come across in my closings, met all deadlines, will close anywhere I have ask her to close. She has accommodated my buyers and sellers with out question. Used them twice.....both times late past schedule...closing paperwork giving in an envelope not a nice folders like other companies..... divided folder makes doing taxes later more organized....which they do not provide....
