From start to finish, our primary point of contact (Everett) was a delight to work with! Everett was always cheerful and friendly over the phone, and despite having what must be innumerable clients trying to navigate the mortgage process, he remembered us and the minor details of our mortgage journey. I definitely felt heard when speaking with him, and the materials provided to us were clear and helpful in maximizing our ability to secure our loan. I wish everyone could have the pleasant mortgage experience we had, due largely to Everett. The only thing I would change is a little more user-friendliness or intuitive use on the loan portal.

From start of the process to the final document signing, our main contact Josh Laude, and Tracie Latray and the entire team of people at Crestmark and finally at Chicago Title were patient, kind, and very professional. A big shout out to Josh for his patience with me and my mundane questions and most of all his professional advice on rates and other questions. Tracie and her patience and kindness as we worked through the paperwork. Well done and made buying this home here in Texas an absolute joy and blessing.!

Entire experience with Crestmark was awesome. Brent and his entire TEAM (Chandler, Funda and Patricia) were really helpful and I got all my questions answered. Brent never ever let us hanging to figure out for ourselves. Mortgage and all the information at once might get overwhelming but it was not for us. He really took the time to explain to us everything we asked. As many times as we asked. I would definitely recommend them. Real knowledgeable person with lots of industry experience.

Darin and his team are amazing. At the moment, my loan is in process so I'm writing this review based on the experience I had so far. Since day one Darin has been very attentive, he made sure I understood the initial process, time frames, expectations and answered my 2473729 questions.. as a first time home buyer the process is very nerve racking, however, the transparency, quick and easy communication take some stress away. They have not only explained what needed to be done to make everything work but also made suggestions to make sure the process would be smoother. Their process to upload documents and sign contracts is very easy and quick. I highly recommend Darin and his team if you are looking for transparency, easy communication and quick results.

I am a first time home buyer, and I’ve heard from many people who had a negative experience with their mortgage lender. I was wrote nervous about the process, because of the horror stories I heard. Darin and his team made this literally the easiest process ever! As a self-employed 1099 and W2 employee, other mortgage companies saw me as high risk and would not work with me. I had no issues with Crestmark. They knew exactly what information to get from me in order to make it through underwriting with no issues. I would easily recommend them to anyone!

Very low interest rate, they kept me updated on daily basis of the finance process. They are honest and very professional, they did my closing within two weeks with a VA Loan. The system to upload documents was easy and efficient. I was able to login and see status updates on my loan. We closed on time without delay. Clear instructions with a Borrower Portal (Loan Fly) personalized with my information; offered a roadmap. With some help, I was able to upload requested/required information securely using this website tool. After initial uploading, I needed to add more information and that's where the Borrower Portal failed; with trial and error, I figured I had to go back to the beginning to securely upload information even though there was an "upload additional documents" feature. Later with coordination, unique, individualized provisions were created for me to easily upload additional documents. Secure uploading is very important to me. Overall, Crestmark Mortgage's Loan Officer and Load Processor were very quick and attentive to my needs and requests; they were very patient and helpful while leading me through the entire process, seeing me cross the finish-line. Hands down the best mortgage company and group of people out there! My husband and I were devastated when our previous lenders handled our case so poorly and we were hesitant to work with Crestmark or even continue to attempt buying a house altogether. As soon as we spoke to Jerome, all of our worries and doubts were put at ease. The process was exactly how he explained it would be, we knew what to expect every step of the way and our questions were always answered immediately. Great Mortgage Company - helpful, flexible and friendly. They successfully guided us through the new home buying experience. Worked closely with our agent and the previous mortgage company back in Maryland for our previous house. Kept us informed on the progress of the loan application and was flexible on the closing date that we had to change several times, due to mover schedule and our previous house buyers last minute loan glitches that did finally work out.

Brent and his team were amazing. They were professional and offered the best interest rate after shopping several lenders. Joshua answered all my questions and was always available when needed.
