They owned the relationship from start to finish. Everyone is efficient and friendly. Our family truly enjoyed our experience.

The experience of going through a mortgage process is never really a fun time. The Cornerstone experience was a very good one to say the least. Raelee and her staff were always friendly and patient when answering questions or requesting information. They were very thorough and precise when asking for items needed to close. My wife and I were extremely please with Raelee and would highly recommend their service to anyone needing a mortgage.

My experience was great from day one of the approval process. Our loan officer was Darin Smith and he was a pleasure to work with. When I had questions during the process, he never made me feel like I was interrupting his day or that my question was dumb. He always returned my calls and promptly replied to any emails. After the closing, he contacted us to see how everything had gone. I would highly recommend Darin Smith to anyone needing a loan.

Bing this was our first home, we had so many questions about the process and extremely nervous about how the process went. However, Becky and her team did an amazing job at helping me and my family get our first home. They were responsive to every question, and not once did I feel as if I was a bother. Because I was using the VA loan, I had some small hiccups that were quickly resolved by this team. I have no complaints and could not believe how well they communicated and treated us. I highly recommend them and will be referring family as well.

This have yet to be the smoothest lending transaction we ever had. Elizabeth and the rest of the crew are very organized. There were no requirements that was needed at the last minute since everything they needed was already requested from the get go. These people know what they are doing. Highly recommended!!!

Katie Cross and John Olson are awesome! They were knowledgeable and very professional in helping us navigate the mortgage loan process.

I was promised a incentive for buying in a rural area. I was told I could get rid of pmi completely without putting down the full 20% but after The loan process began and I had already given earnest money I was later told that I had to pay PMI which added an additional $150 on to the house note. My concerns were constantly put on the back burner no one took the time to fully explain the process or offer better options that suited my needs. Throughout this entire purchasing experience I felt like I was being scammed / lied too.
