I really needed a car but my credit wasn’t very good. The dealer got me approved through CMC. I was a little hesitate due to the reviews but I went and talked to them. After our meeting I was pretty impressed with their honestly and professionalism. The rate seemed high but the situation I put myself in was the cause they were the solution to correcting it. After four years my credit increased a lot. I was able to purchase my next car at a much lower rate (not with CMC) but I really appreciate them accepting me when no one else would. They helped me get my life on back track. Thank you CMC!

This is a really small company not like a bank. You can call and talk to a real person there and not a machine or recordings. Good customer service. Ask for Nick if you need to get an extension on payment - he’s real chill.

Pretty straight forward experience. I call in my payment and it takes less than a minute. Never once had a problem or a bad experience. I think its the same person who answers the phone every time and hes been real helpful.

I moved to Houston for a new job and had a realy hard time getting financed because I didn’t have good credit history. I had a couple bad credit cards and some medcal bills from 5 years ago. Can’t work in this city without a car and I was getting realy desperate! Long story short, this company took a chance on me and financed my Toyota.

They have a office here where you can actually talk to someone in person if you need to. Nice people and professional

My car loan is through this company. They don’t do house loans though which is strange because their name says they are for mortgages. Overall good service.

If you got bad credit then theres not a lot of good choices and some companies are real scams. But Consumer Morgage was porfessioal. I would recommend them.
