Jeff Mueller handled my Bronco order. I can be a bit eager (or borderline obsessive) when I’m excited about something. Jeff answered all of my questions, responded promptly, and provided an all around excellent experience. Financing had me in and out in short order, with a fair interest rate, and without trying to pressure me into buying the warranty packages they had to offer. Many dealerships are marking Bronco’s up thousands of dollars, even on special orders. Bommarito honored the MSRP quotes at the time of order. All around great experience, with a stand-up dealership. Highly recommend, especially if you’re planning on ordering a Bronco!

2004 Ford Ranger with only 18,000 miles!!!!! Thank you to Chuck Lawless for making our daughter's first time car buyer experience one she'll never forget. We went to Bommarito because we were struggling to find someone who will give us a chance with our bad credit. Chuck and the whole team there made us feel welcome. Just bought a used, low mileage Mustang GT. A PHENOMENAL sales rep, Chris Clay, helped me buy the car and ship it to my home 700+ miles away from the dealership. I was having transmission issues on my truck that is still under warranty. The Ford dealer closest to my house that I have been using for general maintenance told me they could not look at any transmission problems with the truck. Luckily Bommarito could help me. I described my problem and the tech found the issues. Took a week in a half, but the repairs were done great, truck runs like new again. The service advisor Dan was very helpful and easy to work with. Got me set up with a rental car while the truck was in the shop. Easy to work with and everyone was very professional. Thank you!

I really can’t make this up but this is part 2 of the amazing customer service and dedication they provide at Dunn Road Bommarito Ford. I purchased my very first brand new car in July 2021, in November an auto accident totaled my car. I went back to where I received above quality care and Justin and Rob definitely exceeded my expectations again. Not only did I get another car but it was the same car as my first one (which I loved) with the exact same warranty and payments. Prime example of team work at its best. Our salesman Bob Spicer was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured in any way during our purchase experience. He explained all the details on our new truck and set up our phones and in general was very helpful. He made things work around our schedule as well. The finance manager was also very good; he laid out every option with no extra pressure to choose one thing over another. Sometimes after a vehicle purchase there's a buyers remorse. But we would do this again, so no regrets.

Our salesman Chris was very nice and helpful, but the truck itself ended up needing all 4 new tires (the ones sold on the truck were cupped pretty bad) and new front wheel hubs. So much for your inspections and disclosure of issues on used cars. $4k later all issues are fixed and the truck is great.

Purchased a Ford Escape SEL Hybrid when it was tough to find the exact car that my wife and I wanted! Doug Clever made everything a breeze from start to finish. All the staff I worked with were very quick and determined to sell me another car. I bought my first car which was a 2020 Ford Escape in October 2020 with Steve. Rebecca helped me get a buy back price on my car and connect me back with Steve and he got me my dream car (2022 Ford Explorer). You have to make and appointment 2 to 3 weeks out and I get there 5 minutes early, I'm told my car will be ready in 45 minutes to 1 hour. I had 2 other appointments to be at and had to cancel because my car wasn't ready until 1 hour 40 minutes later. I drove 64 miles one way to be on time. I seen my car driven into the shop at 12:23pm. I complained about it and was told they would hurry up. How do I know if they did everything they were supposed to? 4 other times they didn't and I had to bring the car back. I want compensated for having to cancel my other appointments.

I reached out to the dealership when my hunt for a Mustang GT premium with manual transmission was unsuccessful close to home. They had all of our paperwork setup and ready when we flew in and arrived at the dealership as we knew bad weather was coming. We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us and these guys had us in and out in a half hour! This was the smoothest, quickest and easiest car purchase I have ever made!

Worked with both Doug on the sales side and Jim on the finance team; they were both excellent, personable, and professional that made my first experience buying a new car that much less nerve wracking. In this crazy Era, where supply chains are jokes, it was really refreshing that Doug went to bat for me to get a car that I liked, and when an earlier option presented itself, he was quick to let me know so that I could be driving in style that much earlier.

Out on a limb I called into the location and spoke to one of their reps about a new mustang. The one I inquired about had sold unfortunately. However, I humored Bob Spicer when he asked me to stop by anyway and check out a few other similar trims. I am very pleased that I did. Bob was professional, friendly, based, and very understanding. The entire experience was very laid back and I felt no pressure that most typically would assume accompanies a visit to the dealership. I have yet to have an issue than requires me phoning him but I believe if I did, he would treat me well. I will definitely consider them in event I ever need a new vehicle they can supply.

They were quick & very nice & very nice facility with amenities. However I don't know much of a rush the tech was in. Oil change & tire rotation was to be done. My front driver tire was low when I got there. When I left in the pouring rain, left front driver tire was still low, 27 lbs which what it was when I arrived. So if that wasn't done what else was missed

Chuck Lawless is the GO TO person if you want a lifelong car dealer and friend! Chuck started working with my family decades ago when my great grandfather purchased his first car from him. He continued to go to Chuck every two years to trade in and purchase a new car to avoid doing any major car maintenance. Since then, my entire family has chosen to go through Chuck for our new vehicles, and when I say my entire family, I mean EVERYONE; my grandma, grandpa, mom, step father, aunts, uncles, and myself have all purchased cars with Chuck. I want to thank Donnie Robinson and the mechanic assigned to my truck. The lady thst took my reservation initially did not feel the urgency of the repair. Many codes were firing on the truck and I expressed my concern. This was not routine maintenance. I called Donnie today and he worked me in. Great job.

This one's hard because I absolutely love the service center. My experience was met with lack of communication. My completion date was changed several (about 5-6 times). After 2 months and 19 days, I finally got my vehicle back. I wasn't given a loaner vehicle (none were available), just the words, "I understand!" I even asked to not receive a survey for to my dissatisfaction, but here we are. I won't ever return there if I don't have to, unless by force. It all goes back to communication!

I had been searching for a specific year and model of a used vehicle on the internet and found two vehicles with exactly what I wanted at Bommarito Ford. Yikes! Had an appointment but 4 hours for a 2 hour repair. Everyone was nice in the service department. I asked how long the work would take and was told 2 hours. About 4 and 1/2 hours later my car was finished. One of the repairs worked twice and not again.

My salesman was Bob Spicer. First and foremost he contacted me to let me know a vehicle was available that my criteria. This was after a six week wait with no end in sight. Thank you for thinking of me Bob! The transaction to buy the car occurred on a Friday. My job requires me to do some online work “once an hour”. Due to Wifi issues I wasted an hour of both our time getting work done. Then I lost my wallet and another 30 minutes. Long story short, Bob was patient and professional. He probably had a lot of things to do but never showed it (he found my wallet). The deal went smoothly. Because I was so late, a finance manager who was off duty gladly took me in lead me though the contract professionally. Bommarito uses an expensive high tech table top computer screen to do financing. I am all for time saving, but I wonder about the legality of “finger signing”. The final document was paper and was a proper truth and lending doc. The car was delivered in perfect condition. No surprises. Thank you Bommarito Ford!

I found myself in a very desperate situation with my car this past weekend and needed to buy a new one. The salesmen at Bommarito Ford were very friendly and helpful. Rob and Chuck helped me get a good rate on my loan and a good amount for my old car. They were not pushy at all and had me in and out fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend!! EDIT: These people are TERRIBLE. I tried to register my car with the title and title application they sent me in the mail. It turns out that there was a problem with the title, so I had to send it back to them... this was back in late December. It has now been two months and I have yet to get anyone on the phone to give me any answers. I have called, left voicemails, sent emails, and nothing. Not only that, but I financed my sales tax through my car loan, so I was supposed to get a check to pay the sales tax when I registered my car. I STILL have not received this check. I am now getting notices in the mail that I need to register my car. I NEED this done before I take my car for Spring Break. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were awesome as usual, in for routine maintenance, They let you know what routine maintenance is suggested based on your car's mileage at the time, and their not in the business of pressuring you to do this that, and the other . You decide what your able to afford , they are pretty much on point at letting you know your waiting time very friendly knowledgeable staff the waiting area is comfortablely inviteing . And if you happen to go in feeling how I was on my last visit , tired and sleepy, well there's always the complimentary hot coffee tea and a assortment of other freebies .

The install was faster than expected once they got the tires onsite,But i was a little disappointed after scheduling the appointment 2.5 weeks in advance so they had enough time to get my tires,I even brought all the info in on Brand,tires size & there installation package deal from Bomms.website an watched them put all the info in the system & got a text confirmation. I also got an excuse why (which they said it just showed install tires)in which i told them they were wrong & they were,Personally that excuse sounds a little unprofessional from such a great dealership as Bommarito ford is.But everyone screws up once in awhile.

My continued experiences with Bommarito are bad. The service is constantly subpar with little effort to correct. I continue to use them because of convenience. The work seems to be ok however i have replaced an O2 sensor twice and the car is only 5 years old.

I was told when dropping off my F250 that there was probably a glitz in the GPS and expected the vehicle returned the same day or following day. But the vehicle was totally dismantled to being inoperable as I was informed after the fact, without my knowledge or consent. The vehicle sat torn down over the weekend until the following Wednesday causing me to have to reschedule a drop-off of my 5th wheel for repairs on Monday and warranty work on the truck on Wednesday . These had both been long standing appts. Now the 5th wheel appt is later July. I've had great service from this facility in the past but this has left a bad feeling for me.

My experience with Bommarito Ford was great! As a first-time car buyer, I was impressed by the timeliness of service and genuine helpfulness. I walked in on a Monday to test drive some options I had researched and drove away Wednesday with the top-of-my-list used car. Sales Consultant Chris Clay was helpful in explaining details of the cars I came to look at and test drive. He was friendly, followed-up to get more details in a timely manner, and made the process easy to understand and work through. I had to wait longer than I wanted to sign papers for financing, but once started, that process was also quick and John was friendly. Overall, I would definitely buy a car here again!

I'm stunned at the amazing experience our son had with Bommarito. Phil did everything he could to make his first used car purchase as easy as possible. He was able to take the car home for two weekends to get a better feel for it (and see for himself that it was mechanically sound) and Phil answered every question patiently and honestly. After receiving a response to my initial Google review regarding declined warranty work on my vehicle, I stopped by Bommarito Ford to discuss options. I had the opportunity to talk to Sean Johnson, the fixed operations director. He took time out of his busy day, reviewed my service notes, and actually listened to what I had to say. The next day I received a call letting me know they had scheduled my vehicle to complete the warranty work on the transmission. The work was just completed and I picked up my vehicle tonight. So far, the transmission is shifting smoothly. The work was completed much quicker than I anticipated and I’m thrilled to have my vehicle back. I am extremely thankful to Bommarito Ford service department for going above and beyond and providing superb customer service.

Roy has been great to work with in Service. Always upfront on what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and what it will cost. He works hard to keep the price as low as possible while making sure the issue is thoroughly resolved. If there is ever a question whether or not something should be covered under warranty he’s always stepped up and pulled whatever strings he needs to get it paid for or at least the cost reduced. Finally, when I come pickup the car or truck I had serviced he makes sure every question I have is answered in such a way it’s obvious he actually cares. If your looking for a new car, I’ve purchased 3 from Sergey. He, just like Roy, is there to help as much as possible even after the purchase is complete. He follows up with me every time he said he will. I actually forgot about something he was going to do so it was a nice surprise when he called me to setup the service appointment. A sales guy making a service appointment for me. How cool is that!

Andrew Schofield was my salesperson and he provided the best car buying experience I've had to date. Completely transparent and communicative, he never made it seem like he was just trying to get the sale. Knew exactly what I wanted and stuck to it even when the car I wanted wasn't available. Eventually when it did become available, first thing he did was notify me about it and we were able to work out a deal. I was able to walk away with the car I'd been searching weeks for.

I custom built and ordered a Bronco Sport back in August, even though it did take longer to arrive than expected (not the fault of the dealership) I could not have asked for a better experience. Bob made it a priority to keep me up to date on the ever changing delivery date throughout the entire process. Once my new vehicle arrived, he was able to send it off in order to have the windows tinted and wheels painted before pickup which was unbelievably helpful as I travel for work. Rob in finance was also a dream to work with, we did the majority of the process over the phone so I was able to walk in, sign a couple documents and drive Barb the Bronco home in under and hour. I had recently taken my vehicle to a different Ford dealership with a concern. That dealership did very little troubleshooting and sent me on my way without a fix. Someone suggested I contact Scott Goeke, who is a service advisor for Bommarito Ford. Scott was able to quickly locate a Service Bulletin for the exact issue that I was experiencing. This bulletin went completely unnoticed by the dealership that I was working with first. Scott scheduled some time for me to bring my vehicle in to Bommarito and gave me a realistic estimate on the time needed to fix the issue. I picked my car up this evening, and it operated perfectly on my 20-mile drive home. Even though the location isn’t convenient for me, I’ll continue to return to Bommarito for service. We took my 2018 Ford Escape to Bommarito Ford (where we purchased it 3 yrs ago), for service. It was not covered under warranty, & they had to order parts for it. The total was $2,000!! Our Service Technician, Dan Whittley, was great! He contacted Ford, & they ended up covering $1,500 of the cost!! He kept us apprised of the status daily. I had a good and fun experience when I purchased my car at Bommarito Ford. My sales rep Jeff Mueller was professional and friendly and kept me in the loop through out the process. I didn’t have to do much negotiations since the vehicle was already heavily discounted (previous year, but new) and my trade was worth much more. Perfect timing for sellers market. The only issue I had was when I took home my vehicle, already 10pm and parked in the garage I noticed small scratches/dents on the front bumper. I contacted Jeff and Bommarito will fix the bumper at the Bommarrito Collision Center (I also had a good experience there). This is why I have purchased/leased 5 vehicles throughout the Bommarito network.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Steve Nodiff and Bommarito! After a frustrating search online for cars, we drove over to Bommarito Ford hoping to find a car we could drive away in. Jeff Mueller was so helpful in answering our questions and letting us test drive vehicles. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 12/15/21. It has been 58 days since I got the vehicle. I have yet to receive my registration paperwork in order to obtain my license plates. I have called numerous times and left messages and no one has ever returned my call.It wasn’t until I stated I was pursuing legal action when the title clerks supervisor returned my call. I had to continuously reach out to their supervisor TODD just to inquire about the whereabouts of my paperwork. He then tells me that they mailed my paperwork on 01/14/22 and that I should receive it in the mail along with the DMV late fee of $25. I had to keep reaching out just to find out that they mailed all of my paperwork to the incorrect address. I had the correct address on all the forms while signing legal documents to purchase the vehicle. My inspections are due to expire in 2 days and I still don’t have all of the forms I need to get my license plates. I had to sign a power of attorney and sign for them to “try” to get me a duplicate title. I am still waiting on my registration forms along with a check for all the late fees accumulated on their behalf. Not to mention I have to worry about law enforcement because my vehicle is not registered; all of which is out of my hands because I can’t register my car without the correct paperwork. I hope no one else goes through this same issue with this dealership. I will never do business with this dealer nor will I refer anyone here based off of my experience.

Our Salesman was that we dealt with was Chuck. I have not purchased a vehicle in over 18 years so the process has changed a lot. Chuck was so kind and very patient with me and my boyfriend. He answered all questions and not once came across as your typical car salesman. We sat and talked about our families and where we grew up. Bommarito Collision has poor communication car sat for over 2 weeks. Never had an estimator call. When we tried to move car to another repair shop they would not release car until Insurance paid them $875.00 for storage.( for doing nothing ) Don’t have a car towed to their lot they are not honest or customer friendly. Just looking to rip-off Insurance and you. Will never buy another car or do business with any Bomarito Car Dealership.

In 2020 I had the pleasure of purchasing an F-150 from Bommarito. The sales department was great and the transaction was extremely painless. Fast forward to last month Month May 2022 that same vehicle had an oil pan leak that caused a complete engine failure in a matter of seconds while driving my child to preschool. This was very disheartening as I have been a lifelong GM loyal customer and decided to see what the hype was all about on the F-150. No worries accidents happen from the factory and that is what warranties are for. The first dealer service department (Pundmann) I towed it to near my home was very upfront and non commital about the wait it would take to diagnose my vehicle due to their volume. So I had Ford Assist tow it to my original dealer Bommarito who already could get me in earlier to see what the issue was. Admittedly there was alot of frustration, miscommunication, and distrust in the beginning as I was quoted a large number for an engine replacement by Bommarito. Being that the service writer from Pundmann and Ford Protect had already verified my warranty. I hate micromanagement either giving or receiving it but the communication, customer service and research could of been better in that aspect. It unnecessarily led to alot of back and forth he said she said convos as a customer between Ford and Bommarito. Either way Bommarito and Ford Corporate made everything right in the end and I am now back in my truck.

I want to thank Donnie Robinson and the mechanic assigned to my truck. The lady thst took my reservation initially did not feel the urgency of the repair. Many codes were firing on the truck and I expressed my concern. This was not routine maintenance. I called Donnie today and he worked me in. Great job.

I was notified by letter that a previous recall repair completed on my F150 was in need of inspection to ensure the work completed previously, was done properly. ??? I schedued an appointment and was told the work would take approximately 30 minutes. I arrived as scheduled. I asked the possibility of the technician investigate a repetitive noise in the engine compartment. Must be checked cold. Two and 1/2 hours later I checked with the advisor of the status. I could see that the recall work was in progress. When asked, the advisor told me a software update was being performed simultaneously with the recall work. 3 hours in I was told all was complete. Paperwork reflects the following: 1- Technician verified previous FSA completed. 2- Noise addressed by PCM Update. 3- Multipoint Inspection completed. ?? 4- Complimentary Alignment Check. ?? Results are: 1- Previous FSA completed. Are we sure now. 2- Noise in engine compartment still exists. 3- Multipoint Inspection not requested. Ford charged? 4- Complimentary Alignment Check not requested with no documented results. FSA should have been performed initially. Engine Noise is something Ford is aware of but Dealership will not address it. 3 hours wasted. Requested repair not addressed. Customer extremely disappointed. Vehicle trade imminent.

This was absolutely the fastest oil change, and oil cleaning addition, tire rotation I've had, in all the years I've owned a vehicle. It literally took from the time I came two minutes after the start of my appointment time to get my car pulled in. It then took twenty minutes to get done and I was on my way. It shocked me in such a good way that I actually questioned if the work had been done by calling back several times. I was also greeted by Justin who adjusted some things on my account which needed ro have been done the last time I was there. So appreciated this!!!! Thank you Bommarito Ford!!!!!! 5/24 Took a little longer for this oil change. But service personnel were nice and professional.

Be very careful doing business with these guys. I gave them a deposit on a Raptor six months ago and have not received my Raptor . They are also refusing to give me my deposit back or give me my Raptor. It is a terrible way for a franchise dealer to do business. I dealt with Doug and the GM Brad.
