Credit Central W Market St, Johnson City

When i first started working at walmart i kept getting phone calls from this place. At first I thought it was for a reference..turned out they were trying to reach me for another persons debt! They called and called..i kept telling them i have no account with them. Then they had the nerve to show up at my work!!! Wanted me to provide personal info and show id that i was not the person that had the debt! Contacted a lawyer.. collection calls stopped!

I too have had issues with this company was paid up on time every month. They call all the time. My mother died and I lost my job due to that and they just keep saying "well surely you can borrow it from someone". It Christmas and my family does not have the money. I didn't ask to loose my job nor do I not intend on paying back my debt. They are so unkind. If they were in this situation and dealing with death and there last living parent suddenly dying they should have a heart.

The people in the Johnson City store are very friendly and helpful. They will work with you any way they can. Highly recommend them.

Credit Central is a scam company. They hand out loans with smiles on their faces, but the moment you have any financial issue, WATCH OUT. They'll harrass you, harrass your contacts, your work, and threaten you with legal action. I have been a loyal customer for five years, until last month, when I came down with pneumonia. They have harrassed myself, and my job. Yelled at me, particularly the branch manager on West Market St., Johnson City, Tn. I have always kept my loan paid up, and now that I'm in dire straights (due to caring for a sick grandmother, and becoming ill myself) it's threats and harrassment all day, two or three times a day. If you need a loan in this area, go to Sun Loans. They are kind, and cooperative. If you have an issue, they are understanding. DO NOT GO TO THESE LOAN SHARKS.

I've been goin here for 3 years, and in that 3 years not once have I had any issues with them. The people who work here are very friendly and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a small loan.
