The absolute worst company to ever deal with. Irresponsible. Lack of communication. Their customer service is the worst. Who hired and trained these people , on top of being scammers, they think it’s okay to yell at customers. Avoid these people at ALL costs.

Worst customer service! They only take your money. They don't want to help you out at all. They owe me money and they don't want to take responsibility on that. One employee tried overcharging me. They don't know how to do their job.

This people are so rude I try to fix something about my car and the stupid girl who answer the phone was very rude with me because she couldnt find my info they should close this plase very unprofessional they sucks... Im very upset I have deal with this kind of people...

they suck! if you are late in one payment they call every body in your family even your Abuelita that's missed up!

Their customer service and that they handle first time customers is unacceptable

Some of the worst customer serivce I have ever had. They simply do not care about anything other than your payment. They were so condescendingly rude that they shouted at me stating how they do not understand what I was saying, yet I explicitly stated what I needed. They have hung up on me midphone even though I was with a low to moderate voice level. They do not recive online payment and do not pay over the phone. I am no one to criticize another individual's ability to speak a language, but they clearly do not care what you are saying and often yell in confusion over the phone. I cannot recommend this comnpany to anyone. If they cannot handle issues with their customers, what makes you think they can handle their own company? Don't let them finance your vehicle.

If you want to make credit. I do not recommend this place! They will charge you high interest rates but when you run your credit you will not see your credit score increase. And you deal with horrible customer service. They only care if you want to make a payment.
