Im a recent out of state transplant to sunny Florida and she was super helpful in supporting my move with new home policy and with vehicle coverage. Super efficient, no time at all to obtain quotes, make payments, receive documents required for DMV. I've been a State Farm policy holder since the early 90's with the same agent in NY State, this could not have been an easier transition to a new agency, she made it a stress free process in helping get settled in unfamiliar territory!

I recently worked with Mike on switching my Auto Insurance policy from my old policy holder over to State Farm, and I have to say working with Mike was awesome! Mike spent over an hour on the phone with me answering every single one of my questions, (as I had been with my previous Auto Insurance company for 11 years, so I was quite leery to leave them), but Mike's patience, and phenomenal knowledge of his own State Farm Auto policies made my decision to join State Farm as my Auto Insurance carrier a very easy one. So not only was Mike's professionalism second to none, and not only was he enjoyable to work with, but the other reason I switched to State Farm (***and this may be the most important part of this post for some people), but by switching from my old auto insurance carrier over to State Farm, I am now saving $130 a month on my auto policy premium!! (or, in other words, I'm now saving $1,560 per year on my auto insurance by giving my business to Mike and State Farm). I don't think I need to say anymore. I love having a team of actual people to work with instead of some centralized office where no one knows you. Craig and his team have been great since I went in to get my quote. Recently, I had an issue with my mortgage company, something I would have normally had to go back and forth between insurance and mortgage on, but Diane Brown at this State Farm team leapt into action on my behalf twice, quelling my mortgage company’s best attempts at mediocre service. Not only did Diane save the day, she did it with a personal touch. I felt cared for and that’s the best way you can feel out of a customer service interaction. Love this place and the people there. Amazingly, I get all this amazing service and I’m getting a better deal than I was before! Better service doesn’t always have to cost more—sometimes it costs less because they get it right the first time.

During my initial meeting with Craig, he told me he could save me a lot of money by bundling my home and auto insurance but I told him I had a lot of auto accidents that State Farm most likely wouldn’t be able to help because the quotes I received online from State Farm were so high, I told him not to bother quoting me auto insurance. Well... not only was he able to save me money on my car insurance (because he was amazing and did the quote any way) but the also saved me over $1000 on my home insurance.
