I went to the branch for online banking assistance, and was lucky enough to be helped by Farrah Alakkad! She is amazing and knowledgeable, and fixed all the issues I was having. She went above and beyond to also be sure that I was able to access the account through other devices, and really made my life much easier. Farrah is a great example of what customer/client service is all about!

I have never been more pleased with a bank like Suntrust…Especially here at Summerport. When I really needed help with a delicate matter of security features for our account, Farah Alakkad was extremely helpful and devoted time to the results that were needed. Need an appointment if you need to withdrawal your own money. Door is always locked need to call them open the door even if you have appointment.

I had the pleasure of working with Farah Alakkad on my last visit to SunTrust Summerport. She was excellent in making me feel that I was advocated for as we worked with other SunTrust departments including consumer care and Treasury to solve a difficult problem. Suntrust Summerport branch is fantastic and in particular Farah.We are business account holders with Suntrust and frequently have transfers, deposits and general banking needs. Farah provides exceptional customer service whilst always remaining professional. Her attention to detail, helpfulness are why we always return to the Summerport branch. The branch has a lovely old customer service feel despite the automated times we live in and whilst technology is great it’s nice to hear Farah ask about our business, children etc - it’s the personal touch that makes it! Must say Farah gave Exceptional service very personal! Farah is amazing person always has strenuous consistency in getting everything done right. Highly recommend this branch, they all go over and out of their way to get a task done.The only branch actually that knows what they’re doing helps you with wires, deposits Fastin courteous Customer service. I would call that Pleasantville instead of Summerport! They actually care!!!

Farrah is a wonderful asset to Suntrust. We have business banked for over 20 years with you all and were very upset when we kept having issues with our payroll. She did an amazing job cleaning all this up for us. We were ready to move our banking until beginning to interact w her. She is very hard working, helpful and educated on her job.

Suntrust is a great company. The customer service I get everytime is amazing. Especially going into the windermere branch. I had Farah Alakkad assist me while I was there. The best customer service I've ever had at a bank. She knew what she was talking about. And definitely helped me with everything I needed.

Farah and Amy were exceptionally helpful - as has always been the case. We had to get a lien release for the sale of one of our properties and they went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed quickly. We have found both Farah and Amy helpful for several years. Their "can do" attitude and very pleasant customer service make banking here a pleasure. I had the opportunity to have been serviced by Farah Alakkad, a personal Banker, at the SunTrust Bank in the Summerport Office. My granddaughter was opening her first account. Farah took her time and explained the different products and which account would be best fitting for her banking needs. We were in the Bank again a few days ago and was fortunate to be serviced by Farah . Once again we were very satisfied with her service.
