Chase Bank Shoreside Way, Winter Garden

I wanted to open a business account. Chase does not allow clients to walk in and speak to a representative, so an appointment must be made online. When trying to make an appointment online, the website didn't have any available for weeks, so I was prompted to open my account. I did and have been making deposits into the account. I received an email and letter letting me know that my account will be closed unless I meet with a banker to give additional information. I tried to make an appointment, but the next available appointment was after the date that the account was going to be closed by them. I called and asked for help, but they only said that I have to see a banker. I sent emails explaining the situation and did not receive a reply. I received a notice saying that I had ten more days until the account was to be closed. I called the bank and my account has already been closed. They said that they would be sending a check to me to return funds in ten days. The check they sent was $15,000 less than they owed me and I am now fighting to get my funds returned. It's been a month. I have made twenty attempts to collect my funds by phone and in person. No one has been able to resolve this. Terrible.

I am pretty happy with chase, but this location in particular was great. The banker Tanesh, was prompt, professional and took great care of me. Great job!

This is the dumbest chase location ever built. No drive-thru tellers. 1 ATM outside, and fully locked inside with no ATM access after hours outside. The ATM only takes 30 bills at a time (when its even working) for deposits, which is nuts because the other closest location (winter garden) takes 100 bills at a time......Tonight I went and the ATM stated it could not do deposits.....this was my 2nd time attempting to come here, I came last night and it was being worked on....who works on an ATM on a friday night? Since there's only 1 ATM and it's down more often than it's working, it renders this location completely useless, can't even go during the day because there's no drive-thru and I do not like getting out of my car with large amounts of cash.

Worse local service, no one picks up the phone not even if their own 800 # tries to call them. When you walk into the branches you get mismatching information that doesn't match with calling the 800#. The employees aren't on the same page with their knowledge. Having a terrible experience technically trying to add an additional account to our business account. And having someone call me back since I'm not able to commute to a local branch again. 2 work hours wasted.

The staff has gotten much better, but this seems like a failed experiment by Chase. The idea of having tellers try to direct customers to an ATM for literally every transaction (even when it can't be done at an ATM) was extremely frustrating in the beginning. Recently, it seems like they're starting to admit defeat on that front and act like a traditional bank. The lack of a drive thru also doesn't make a lot of sense.

Not really sure what the bad reviews are for? This chase will change your attitude for the day, everyone is so nice and accommodating like walking into a nice hotel. Just went in to exchange cash so not sure about other services but the people are so nice.

Don’t expect to see a teller. This branch will do anything to redirect you to an ATM. In doing so they are usually blunt and rude. Nice new building but bad experience.

I just had a great experience as I went in to apply for one of their credit cards. Was greeted promptly, people were friendly, and I legitimately was out in 10 minutes. No sales tactics to try to elevate my request or add a bank account. Greatly appreciated!

Today my husband & I joint our bank accounts (we are newlyweds) and had an incredible experience with Jose. He was so helpful, kind and full of honest truth to help us set up this new account. We are so happy with our experience and did not feel rushed. He answered answered every question with ease and showed us the facts behind his answers as well. We have so much peace and are excited for this new journey with Chase!!!

Very weird bank. Teller stations are behind garage-type doors. Phone calls roll to a message telling you to call back later. When I come in expecting to deal with a human, I'm often directed to an automated machine to do it myself. So austere and unfriendly. I detest going into this branch. Fortunately, there are many other bank brands to chose from in the area.
