This company is helpful and professional. The staff here is wonderful they’re polite and efficient they give you all the information you need anticipate any questions you may have and always answer any questions they haven’t already. They are quick to help you over the phone or in person and take as little of your time as possible! I would like to thank Melissa at this store for the assistance she has provided me it was excellent working with her!

The overall experience was simply impressive. The gals in the office are so personable and caring that I had a great time just sitting there talking. As for the loan process, it was simple, easy and was given very informative information needed to pay back the loan.

I am so disappointed. I have used this business for about 7 years now. They have ALWAYS been there for me in times of need. The ladies are amazing. To the owner...sadly this will be our last loan together. You no longer take cash, although infuriating, I paid online anyway. Now....there is a charge for that. However, on a trip there, the computers were down so I was FORCED to pay online. That doesn't work for me. I will no longer support a business that makes it near impossible to make my payments early. Thank you for our years of service together. In A world of scams and thieves, I do not appreciate EVERYTHING online only. Computers are not that reliable nor protective. So, if you don't want my cash, you don't need me.

The Melissa lady that I’ve had the pleasure of (No pleasure at ALL) talking to my last few payments, is always rude and very short with me. The other ladies are fantastic and I’ve never felt uncomfortable talking to them at all. And I’d rather not have to talk to her again nor will I honestly, because she’s always rude and short with me. And I hate to write a review like this because I’ve been a customer for them for a long time. But at this point I can’t deal with her bad attitude anymore and it raining on my good mood.

I can truly say they are the most caring, understanding, and compassionate company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. So willing to relate to you , and your situation so they may have a better understanding of how to help you. They honestly had me crying tears of joy before I left. I’m am truly grateful to these Queens for sure.
