Country Club Bank Belleview Ave, Kansas City

I honestly love Country Club Bank. I've banked with a few different banks and have been with Country Club Bank for some years now. They are always personable and friendly. Never once have had problems with them and the 2 times my bank account was hacked, they caught it before I did. Love them.

Yes, it's local but got rid of personal bankers at busy sw trafficway, they email & text me my balances daily. Unfortunately, its often days behind as its based on closing balance from previous business day. What's the point of getting the same notice sat, sun, mon, if its 3 days old. At least tell me the "as of 5 pm xyz day" oh and I get money from a bank that serves another area, but I have to go to a store and get cash back rather than pay the $3.50 or so fee. Even non-bank atms are cheaper. If they want to charge that much, too bad they don't have to option to put my country club card in followed by the foreign card to register me as local

I have banked there for several years and they have always been friendly and accommodating. Never much of a line there and its conveniently located.

Don’t bank here. They refuse to give money back after you’ve been scammed after saying they would credit all the money back. They are extremely slow and negligent. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Besides one Mistake I absolutely love this bank. They know me by name and always have a smile when u walk in the door. I have had many banks in my life and this is by far the best one ever!
