I absolutely love being a member of this credit union!!! I started coming to the Las Colinas office a couple of years ago as it was a shared branch to my other credit union that was a farther distance from where I live and because of Sabrina and Desiree’s amazing customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, willingness to help me, I opened a checking and savings account. This group of people to include the manager are absolutely Outstanding.

Amazing people here they are so nice and welcoming. I'm in the process of opening my savings account here because of the service here.

I have never been in an actual location since I'm located in Miami, FL. I visit the shared branching here in FL and I use the Publix ATM. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because they charge $3 for every withdrawal from a Shared Branch, and the max withdrawal for the ATM card in our Publix Presto ATM is only like $400. Other than that, excellent customer service, I love using the MARTY feature and the mobile app is getting better and better every time. We all need to remember that this is a Credit Union so they work differently than bank operations, but it's worth is because of the wait time and excellent client services.

It seems like those ratings below are a little rediculous. I have worked with after hour customer service, and it's not an issue. Also the hours are what the are, and as we move to more of a digital way of handling money and business, I would assume those who have an issue with the hours aren't very tech savvy. Customer service in the branch has been great, and everyone is friendly.

Cheerful helpful people work there. If I have questions the have the answers. They do their job politely and efficiently.

I went there to use the shared branch and the guy claimed I could not take out money 3 days in a row although I did not take out three days in a row. I think my skin was just too dark and he didn’t want to help me. I went to another credit union and had no problem taking out my cash. If you need to use shared branch, DO NOT use this credit union. They make their own rules.

The customer service is terrible and their lending guidelines are questionable and odd. You would think that banks are more strict but this lending institution is by far the most strict I've ever dealt with. I was lucky to get a car approved with them 2 years ago which I paid off in 2 years (never late with payments). Now all of a sudden I'm not even approved for a 10k vehicle loan when my credit score is 110 points higher than it was when they first approved me. I even own a home now and responsibly pay all of my bills. Never gave me any other options. I am closing my account soon with them and taking my business elsewhere. This whole credit thing has got to be the biggest scam going other than whole life insurance and time shares.

THE WORST! I've only been a member of this Credit Union for about 2 weeks and I HATE IT!. There is no 24-hr customer service. So, if you have a problem after 7 pm or on the weekends, just deal with it. And, when you actually are able to speak to a representative, they are very abrasive, impersonal, short, and unconcerned. Oh, and EVERYTHING here is ANTIQUATED. It's almost like they are operating off of a 1900s' business model. You aren't able to set a specific pin for your debit card EVER! They choose the pin for you and it's mailed to you. Get this- the branches are closed on Wednesday. WHO DOES THAT? Close the branch during a weekday? I hate this place already! I will be switching back to Navy Federal immediately.

People are pleasant over there and willing to help. I suggest people try it out now as the negative ratings were from over a year ago.
