My elderly mom had a very bad experience with this title company. The buyer did not do a legitimate inspection. I thought the title company was supposed to remain neutral. In my opinion a certain employee is working with the buyer when it COMES to the 15 day inspection rule. If the buyer does not do a legitimate inspection within the 15 days they are supposed to give the seller the deposit. The employee at the title company called the buyer and I called to inquire and that I was filing a complaint. The problem got worst from there and I will take further action against buyer and thus title company
