They have definitely played a huge role in my success as a Realtor. Having a title company I can trust and rely on is important. My processor Anne is the absolute best at what she does! She truly makes me feel like a VIP which makes my job so much easier!

I have been in real estate for over 30 years and Town and Country has been my closing agent of choice every day. The personal attention to your closing file is paramount for them and they get straight to the point. Super knowledgeable on pretty much every possible real estate transaction or scenario you can think of so you know your questions will be answered versus the "let me see if I can find someone to answer that for you". Very personable staff and owners are hands on in the day to day.

Barbara and her team are absolutely the best! They helped my parents with the purchase of their first home, they gave us peace of mind and made the process a breeze. We had some issues with the old owner not pulling the proper permits and they were able to go back to them to pay for this permits. Recommend them to other clients and friends and they’ve had nothing but great service.

Lack of research, and not proper survey. Bought my house with “clean title” . well the clean title was Not clean at all! I paid for this service! Payed full, and now I’m selling my home, and the buyer hired a title company who was able to find it out, On the property have 17 years old unpaid balances ! The Code Division officer said , my title company didn’t do proper research, that’s why they didn’t find informations.. Be aware, and be very careful who you hiring to do the job, and who you paying….
