Does Bait and switch . First agrees to certain rate and points (terms) Then does Slow processing and Increased points 2 months after agreeing to terms . When did not agree to increased points , took another 4 weeks , kept on asking more information and finally found wrong reason to deny loan. Will report to licensing authorities with all evidence I have . Lost 4 months of valuable time and efforts. All should avoid Sandy with someone more professional and truthful. If you go with Sandy , make sure you do all correspondence by email in writing so as to keep evidence. Looks like has tie up with United wholesale mortgage who does the lending but both are a bad team. Beware !!
