Connor Webb in three words: determined, reliable and thorough. This was my first home-buying experience and Connor quickly rose to the top as I sorted through different lenders. He spent a good 30-45 minutes on the phone with me walking me through each step of the process and explaining everything about cash-to-close, and thoroughly vetting my pre-qualification materials to make sure there would be no surprises down the road. I was so impressed when he returned my emails no matter what day of the week, or what time of day (seriously, he was running numbers on a house I wanted to put an offer on at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night). That—compared to another lender I worked with in the beginning, who took a WEEK to even return my first phone call—was so awesome. I had a hard line of what my mortgage could be, and between buying down the interest rate and buying out of mortgage insurance, Connor was able to utilize the money I have so carefully saved for many years in a way that allowed me to buy a home I never would have thought I could comfortably afford.
